This is the best “neutral ” oil I’ve used for cooking. I also use it to take my makeup off with and it leaves my skin very soft and dewey. It has helped to loosen the black heads on my nose.

HAVE USED GRAPESEED OIL IN COOKING FOR OVER 30 YEARS – THIS IS A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE. GRAPESEED OIL HAS A HIGH SMOKE POINT – 421 DEGREES F – AND HAS A NEUTRAL FLAVOR. IT IS GREAT FOR A SALAD DRESSING OIL, AND I USE IT FOR FRYING FISH (350-375 DEGREES F). SURE BEATS THE GROCER’S PRICES.

I have added this oil to my arsenal of healthy foods ingredients. The fact that this oil is cold Pressed rather than high heat extraction is a high quality and healthy alternative. The taste is mild with a pleasant aroma,it cooks well with a high smoke point but ultimately with all the unhealthy seed oils out there this product is a healthy choice.
