I bought this snare drum as a gift for my mother, and she absolutely loves it. The quality really surprised me in the best way. It has a solid, sturdy build, and the sound is crisp and clean, just like a standard snare drum you’d find in a full kit. She said it feels very comfortable to play and responds well no matter what style she’s practicing. Everything came well-packaged and easy to set up, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and perfect for beginners or experienced players. Highly recommend!

Pretty good deal, especially with the stand, sticks, bag and all.
But, aside from replacing the drum heads, I *HIGHLY* recommended replacing the snare throw off. The throw off is cheaply made and will break.

Giving it 3 stars because the bag it comes with is cheap and broke shortly after the purchase. My son is in elementary school and carries it the days he has band, so it’s bulky and heavy, but the strap doesn’t hold the weight and broke. Otherwise, the drum itself has been great for him to learn how to play the drums on.
