This smells amazing. 4 stars because it’s more than double the price of similar products at $42. You get 5-6 baths out of the jar. A level Cap is a good measurement of the amount you use in the tub.

Smells great and helps me become “mobile” on days when I awaken to overall body pain due to arthritis, plantar fasciitis, torn rotator cuffs. WIsh it were a bit cheaper but it really does the trick after soaking in a hot tub with it. The hot bath without the flakes is helpful but I do feel a difference with the sweet birch/magnesium added. The pain killing benefit lasts deep into the day.

I have been using Naturopathica product since finding the website a year ago after moving from the UK to the USA. My favourite is the Sweet Birch Magnesium Bath Flakes. At either end of the day they are incredible. After a workout at the gym in the morning soaking in a warm bath with the flakes is rejuvenating; at the end of the day they relieve stress and tension and ensure a peaceful nights sleep.
Orders are filled and received quickly and their customer service is great. You will not be dissapointed.

This product came all broken with glass all over in the box. Amazon promised to replace/refund me and never have yet. I haven’t gotten either and it’s been 6 months. I love this stuff too but I am not going to purchase it again.

This bath salt dissolved well and made a relaxing addition to bath. It really is quite expensive but the scent is strong so you don’t seem to need much. I use about 1.5 lid-fulls for my large tub. I would be tempted to just buy sweet birch essential oil and add to plain Epsom salts but sweet birch is an expensive essential oil however you buy it, and I’m happy with this product for what it is. I like the flake style; though it probably makes no difference to the end result it seems special and elegant. Whether more effective for crampy pain than plain Epsom salt I can’t attest, but it does the job at least as well.
