The Cotsoco eye massager is a very nice and relaxing device. I especially enjoy the combination of gentle heat and massage around the eyes and temples. I was initially unsure about using heat near my eyes, but it is comfortably warm and not too hot at all.
I can see this being especially helpful during a migraine, as it encourages you to lie back, relax, and let the massage soothe your temples and head until the discomfort eases. The area that rests against the eyes is easy to wipe down after each use, which makes it simple to keep clean and hygienic.
My only drawback is that the pressure on the eyes feels a bit light for my preference. I would have liked a slightly deeper massage, although I understand there may be a reason for keeping the pressure gentle in that area.
The voice prompts can be difficult to hear at times. While they are a nice feature, I do not feel they are necessary since the device functions well on its own. I do, however, really enjoy the built in music. It is a calming addition and adds to the overall relaxation experience.
This is a soothing and thoughtfully designed eye massager that provides comfort and relaxation, especially for eye strain or headaches.

I’ve been using this eye massager for a couple weeks now, and overall it does what it says. It helps me relax and definitely eases some tension around my eyes. I haven’t had a migraine since I got it (knock on wood), so I can’t speak to how it performs during one, but for general stress relief, it’s been useful.
Bluetooth connects without any fuss. There’s some built-in music, which is fine, but I like that I can play my own or just switch to “silent mode” — that’s actually my go-to.
The carrying case is a nice touch too. Keeps everything together and makes it easy to stash in a drawer or take on a trip.
Now for the weird stuff. The voice prompts are tough to understand. I’ve gotten used to them, but it’s not great. The remote? No luck there. Tried both included batteries and still couldn’t get it to work. The batteries aren’t standard size so I don’t have any spares to test. Not sure if I like this enough to spend money on them. I have a feeling the remote doesn’t actually work. Not a dealbreaker, but kind of annoying.
Biggest issue for me is the part that touches your face isn’t removable for cleaning. That’s something I wish they’d fix in a future version.
So yeah — it works, but it’s not perfect. If you’re okay with a few quirks, it’s worth trying.

I recently tried an eye massager that doubles cleverly as a sleep mask, and it’s been a game-changer for my relaxation routine. The standout feature is undoubtedly the heating function—perfectly soothing and comforting for tired eyes. It provides just the right amount of warmth to alleviate strain and promote a calming experience.
The gentle pressure is expertly designed, creating an effective massage for both the temples and eye area without feeling overwhelming. I find it hits the sweet spot, offering relief and relaxation after long hours of screen time.
Another thoughtful addition is the built-in music feature. While the melodies are simple, they add a serene touch, enhancing the overall experience. You can easily toggle the music on or off based on your preference, which is a nice touch.
What’s great is the flexibility of using the massager with or without the heat function, allowing customization to suit your needs, whether it’s a quick refresher or a deep relaxation session.
Overall, this eye massager/sleep mask hybrid is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. Its combination of heat, gentle massage, and optional soothing sounds makes it an indispensable part of my self-care toolkit.

Now I’m wondering if I was sent a used one. No carrying case and no batteries. It’s annoying that the remote takes a special size of battery and wasn’t included.

I use my phone and laptop way too much, and my eyes have been paying the price. The heat warms up quickly, and the pressure feels like a mini spa session for my face. I didn’ t realize how tense my eye area was until I started using this.
The remote is super easy to use. I love that I don’ t have to guess where the buttons are whilewearing the mask. Just click, switch mode, done. I usually start with the heat+ pressure combo, then switch to the gentler setting if I feel sleepy.
Battery life is solid, and the strap is comfy enough that I forget I’ m wearing it. If your eyes feel strained all the time like mine, this thing helps A LOT.

I’ve been using this eye massager for a bit now and overall I really like it. It inflates nicely around your eyes and temples and actually feels like a proper eye and temple massage, not just something buzzing on your face. The pressure is comfortable and soothing, its gets warm but not too hot, and overall is super nice especially after staring at screens all day, and the head strap fits well without feeling tight. The vibration mode isn’t really my thing, but that’s not a deal breaker since there are multiple modes to choose from and it’s easy to find one that works for you. The remote is a nice touch too…super convenient when you’re already laying back and relaxing.
Overall it feels well made, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing. Definitely a solid buy if you’re looking for some eye and head relief.

I am truly enjoying this eye massager. It is really relaxing. Good purchase

This eye massager is very relaxing and feels great. I tried one other and this is better as it has a silent option and there are no lights on the inside. One fown side is that the voice at the end when it’s all done is annoying, I would prefer that to be silent too in silent mode, but oh well it’s just the ending. It’s adjustable so it fit my head and my guy’s. It turns off automatically after about 20 minutes. It has a smooth inside instead of button like nubs so it feels more comfortable. Was a bit odd to get used to feeling for the button dips, I think raised pattens like a circle or x would be easier, but easy to use once I got used to it. Easy to clean so my lotions don’t bother it. Easy to charge, but the remote does take batteries (included). Overall it’s good quality and great function.

It came used and dirty

I recently started to loose my vision and started wearing glasses. I am constantly massaging my eyes with my hands and started getting numbing head aches. I found this device to be the perfect solution for my situation. Money well spent.

I really wanted to love this eye massager, but after several sessions, I’ve found it to be a bit of a mixed bag.
Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
The Good
* Relaxing Heat: The heating element is the standout feature. It warms up quickly and provides a very soothing, cozy sensation that helps with relaxation.
* Bluetooth Connectivity: Pairing with my phone was seamless. I was able to bypass the built-in piano concertos and listen to my own music without any issues.
The Not-So-Good
* More Temple than Eye: Despite being called an “eye massager,” this device primarily targets the temples. It squeezed the sides of my head firmly, but there is almost no pressure applied above or below the eyes themselves.
* Comfort & Fit: This was the biggest dealbreaker for me. Every time the device squeezed my temples, it put an uncomfortable amount of pressure on the bridge of my nose. No matter how much I adjusted it, I couldn’t find a position that didn’t cause discomfort.
* Voice & Audio: When you start a session, a heavily accented, computer-generated voice announces the mode. It was quite difficult to understand what was being said. Additionally, every time it
inflates/squeezes, the motor makes a noticeable buzzing sound— similar to the sound of an electric toothbrush. Some may find it hypnotic but it was a distraction for me.
* Weight & Remote: At over 11 ounces, it feels a bit heavy on the face. Also, as many others have noted, the remote control simply does not work. I had to manually cycle through the modes using the power button on the front of the device.
If you specifically want a temple massage with great heat, this might work for you. However, if you have a sensitive nose bridge or are looking for actual pressure around the eye sockets, you may want to look elsewhere.

I really enjoy this device, my only issue is that the battery does not last long.

Highly recommend you get this eye massager. I use it almost everyday on my lunch break. I am on a computer all day an this makes my eyes feel so much better. The heat function is awesome. It doesn’t poke your eyes. The people saying that must have their mask on super tight. I sometimes use it before I go to bed and it’s super relaxing. I think that the sound feature that comes with it could be better if you could turn it down but I just connect my phone’s Bluetooth and then if I want to listen anything I just use my phone’s sound instead. I highly recommend this if you’re on a computer for a long period of time and you need to rest your eyes. I have used in severalonyha now and it’s still working. If it breaks I’d buy again cause I love it. Definitely worth the 30-40 bucks it cost.
