These are quality, luxurious pillow cases. If you like “slouchy, billowy” thin sheets..look elsewhere. These are thick and crisp, NOT scratchy…CRISP. It’s personal preference. I liken these to sheets at hotels like the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, etc.

I bought four. The fabric appeared to be of good quality, soft and white. I rinsed them and only then noticed they did not have any inner flaps. Pillow inners won’t stay neatly in with an open side end. That was disappointing.

i am a little perplexed but i think i got what i paid for. The pillowcase is a color i have never seen before and does not match the ad. No, i did not like the color. I have several 1000 TC pillowcases and love them. I find it hard to believe that these are 1000 TC. I have washed them, and they do not get any softer. Placing this pillowcase against the ones i purchased from a high end linen company, there is no comparison. These are clearly inferior. For about 10 dollars a piece, i will use them in the guest bedrooms. Will not buy again. Again, i think i got what i paid for, so i can’t be two disappointed. Hank from Omaha.

After returning a set of silk pillowcases and a set of bamboo viscose pillow cases, I discovered that what I really needed was quality cotton with a high thread count. These pillow cases were a great value for 1000 Thread Count (not 300 or 400 or …) The cotton is soft and organic, so I avoided the many chemical treatments given to viscose derived from bamboo. The size fits well on my Queen pillows, although I will say that in the set of 4 a couple are slightly shorter by a tiny fraction of an inch. Best of all, these are hand made in India. The launder and dry very well on a low medium setting.

Generally a good pillow case. On the upside, it fits great for a King pillow with a large loft. I did not notice any smell after washing it and using it for the first time. It feels good against the skin. It is soft to the touch and mostly durable, but not very thick. I prefer a thicker pillowcase for sweat, etc. Also, it seems that heavier pillowcases just last longer. This just doesn’t have enough material to make a five star buy-it-again choice for me. Not bad for the price though. A good value especially for those on a budget.
