Keeps my boyfriends phone on his dash so there’s no slipping. He has the iPhone 15 so it’s pretty lightweight. It stuck to the dashboard pretty easily as well. His dashboard is a bit curvy so I was skeptical. It’s big enough to hold a phone on there pretty steadily. Not sure how it’s gonna hold up in the summer heat, kind of nervous it’s gonna melt to the dash but I guess we’ll see. Overall, pretty good so far!

These non-slip sticky mats are primarily aimed at use on car dashboards, but I have found them more useful inside my home. I did try them briefly on my dashboard, but I decided not to continue using them there because I don’t think they are sturdy enough to withstand bumps and jarring that happen in a vehicle and still hold onto a large phone. Also, it says that they can melt in sunlight, and that would make a dashboard a particularly bad location for this product. They are very thin and I can definitely envision them melting there.
Now, the reason I still rated them 4 stars is because I have found them very useful instead inside of my home. I’ve attached them to wood, tile, and plastic surfaces. I use them to protect my phone from slipping off the counter. I use them to keep my remote in place on my end table so I can use it one handed without holding it. I also use them to hold medicine bottles still to help me open them (I have arthritis and sticky mats make it easier for me to hold the bottles in place while turning the caps).
So, I would recommend these for use indoors, like a home or office. But I personally would not use them to hold anything important, like a phone, on a car dashboard. In a still environment (unlike a moving car) I find these provide protection for my items and assistance in using them. I think they are a good value for those purposes.

Low priced no nonsense product. Holds my items very well even over bumpy terrain or sharp turns after securing to nearly any flat semi-smooth surface in your vehicle. Cheap enough price tag to replace them regularly if needed without being disappointed with them possibly wearing out quickly. Definitely happy with them overall.
