Works mainly on the face as it’s a very light weight tool where it’s made of a thin set of wood. It doesn’t really feel too sturdy even if you press down hard on the tool. I can’t see it lasting long as it’s bending in the middle already. It does massage my face area an okay amount. Mainly works well for my sinus infection when it hurts around the sinus and above the eyes. Easy to use because all you do is roll it around back and forth. But the construction is so super cheap I would not use it anywhere else.
