My husband loves this chair. He has low back pain, sciatica, & degenerative hip joints and this chair hits all the right spots. I took Off a star because at 6’1” he is a little too tall for it. The upper neck massage doesn’t reach his neck. Also, we wish the feet came up higher when in zero gravity mode. It would be perfect if your feet were at heart level for improved circulation. The instructions were written by a non-English speaker so you have to decipher them to some degree. Some steps were skipped so you have to make some assumptions. It was relatively easy, it took us about an hour to assemble but this was our first experience with a massage chair.

Love it! I use this daily after work to relax and wind down. I particularly enjoy the feet massage. Rollers for your neck, back, bottom, and legs. Pressure airbags for your shoulders, arms, and legs. Heat for your bottom, back, and legs. All controlled by the touch panel. It has several pre-programmed settings or put it in manual mode and choose if you want the rollers, airbags, or just heat. It tilts to almost a zero gravity feel (pic is in zero gravity mode). It’s also quiet and I’ve taken a few naps at the same time :). Best of all this was very affordable when I was seeing massage chairs much more expensive at local stores. After reading reviews, gave this a shot. Glad I did.

Bought this for my home office after dealing with back pain from long work days. Setup took about 45 minutes with my partner – pretty straightforward with the instructions, though the boxes are heavy (split in two boxes) so probably need two people.
The zero gravity position is my favorite feature. I use it almost daily and it really does take pressure off my lower back. The heating on the lumbar area is a nice touch, especially in the evenings. The touchscreen is convenient – no more searching for a remote between the cushions.

This is one of the most selfish purchases i have made but its also one of the best ones too. After a long day of sitting at my desk this is just want i need to loosen my back up and decompress from daily stress. The controls are easy to use and never get lost in the cushions with the built in holder, which also includes a phone mount allowing me to watch videos or read one while relaxing. The massage chair hits all the key sore spots with vibrating/kneading massagers for the neck, back, butt, and feet. The legs and arms offer compression massage where it inflates and squeezes those areas pushing the blood out and helping to release tension. The seat is also able to heat up helping relax tight muscles, The chair has two speakers built into it as well which is great for some relaxing music or to play my videos through. The sound comes over loud and clear and doesn’t get muffled by the vibration massagers.
There are several different modes and massage types I can configure on this chair with full flexibility to adjust the pressure, the speed, and the intensity of the program selected. My programs last 15-20 minutes and leave me feeling much more relaxed and tempted to go a second round.
Fair warning – this thing does deliver in two big boxes and i had to get some help moving those around and unboxing them. There is some minor assembly required but the instructions were easy to follow and things went together pretty easily. Mostly plug and play with only 4 bolts that had to be screwed in the chair. There are rollers on the back of the chair that make it easy to tilt up and maneuver it around to where I wanted it. It took me less than 30 minutes after unboxing it all to when I was getting my maiden massage. Very happy with this purchase and for the price this chair delivers a lot of value and comfort.
