I have been dying for one of these for years! This is so comfortable and feels so nice. It was easy to setup. The features are amazing. It looks so nice when it is all setup. A must have for anyone that likes massages. I regret not getting it sooner!

Not as nice as the high end ones but for the price it’s worth it. I dont consider myself too big at 6’2″ 215lbs, but I would need a neck pillow to sit comfortably in this. No fault to the manufacturer as it has height recommendations. I bought for my wife who is 5’3″ and it works for her better. Some of the rollers dig in on boney parts, heat isn’t great. User interface is nice, the adjustable foot rest is also convenient. Shipping was super fast and assembley was straight forward. Overall great chair for the price. Just know you’re not getting a high end massage chair for bottom dollar.

This chair is so relaxing!! There are different modes, intensity and speed settings. It has heat and the option for zero gravity. It massages you from head to toe! The phone holder is a huge plus so I can watch videos on my phone while my arms get massaged!

zero stars if possible, the entire thing was factory built backwards so none of the pieces fit together, including the zipper to hold the seat cover on the chair, the back rollers didn’t work at all and it seems as though its a cheap version of a nice massage chair. Returning this is going to be a nightmare for sure. Be wary of buying this and go with a better brand.

There are so many functionalities and each works well, that you have leave nothing wanting. I even has chair back incline adjustment and heating capabilities, along with ambient lighting on the 2 side panels. It is worth every penny of its prices and more. I totally recommend it.

The material felt really smooth and nice to the touch and looked really high quality. I liked the wood look to it. Funny thing is I didn’t realize the wood was also a soft material. From a distance it looked like real wood. Assembling was easy, but I used help to carry the boxes because they were pretty long. The heating function worked quickly and was spread out over the body instead of just one spot, which I liked. I do wish I could manually raise the legs though when I’m in zero gravity. I could lower the legs to accomodate my height of 5’10 but they would stay down only if I kept applying weight downward, but if I relaxed, then they came back up. I think for a short person, that wouldn’t be an issue. The massage rollers got the muscles between the shoulder blades pretty good, but I didn’t like the very low back rollers because I felt like it was massaging over my bones. Maybe it’s just because I’m skinny. The airbags compression was nice. The cushion did feel on the thinner side, so I feel like I’d need to put a blanket down to sit on to get less massage roller pressure on my body. So there’s pros and cons to it. The rollers massage from a fixed position, whereas what I was thinking is called an SL-track where the rollers go up and down the spine. But that function goes up in price really quickly compared to fixed rollers, so that’s something to consider. Customer service responds promptly and are really helpful.

Our only complaint is the seat and back aren’t very padded so the rollers are a bit hard for me, and I bought a neck pillow as the neck area is flat, so your head leans backwards a bit. I’m 5’5” and height is good; the foot rest can push down quite a few more inches. Can’t turn off the back massagers; can turn off door and butt rollers. We like the air bags in legs and arms.

Purchased this item because honestly my husband sucks at massages! I was pleasantly surprised at the shipping and putting it together was relatively simple if you read the instructions. It came in two boxes.
I’m still learning all the different settings but the pre-selected settings work great. You can increase the time from 5-30 minutes and continue to add time we needed. I really enjoy the heat setting and the zero gravity which allows me to really relax.
Why I didn’t give this chair 5 stars is because the screen doesn’t light up for the settings buttons so I have to use my phone light to see what I’m pushing when I have the mood setting lights in my room. Also I wish there was a way to focus a little more on my neck area. There are rollers but they seem to be just a little too low to make an impact.

Chair is very nice massage chair. Only drawback (and maybe it’s just me) but the back rollers are very uncomfortable if you are just sitting in the chair. Also, it appears that I can’t put the chair in zero gravity mode without a couple functions running.
