This chair is great! I love the air bags that squeeze your legs. You can adjust the time, roller speed, compression on the air bags, and modes. My only complaint is that the neck massager area is to high and it can’t be lowered. I’m 5’5″ and it hits at the lower head area not the neck. If there was a way to adjust that it’d be a 5 star. But I would still recommend!

I was not aware of the 3rd party shipping fee of $290+ also it came with a rip in the arm bolster. There is absolutely nothing between the hard massage balls and your back except a thin piece of plether it hurt every one that tried it.Now I have to figure out how I’m going to send it back. I had such hope. It bruised my ribcage on both sides and I couldn’t get out.

I was very impressed with the chair at its arrival. The look and design is sharp, and the function is consistently accurate. It offers the needed relaxation I was looking for at this price point. I don’t think you can beat it. It’s easy to operate and assemble straight out of the box. The functions on the pad provide reasonable options. It’s also well built. Seeing I just purchased it about 2 months ago I’m not sure of its endurance or longevity, but I’m hoping it last us at least 5 strong years. It seems to hold up well to excessive use as my family uses this chair more than a dozen times within a day. So I’d say the build quality is exceptional. One thing I wished the chair had was the ability to adjust the rollers from a light massage to a deeper massage. The rollers are set on one tension and can’t be adjusted, so I just put a throw or a cover over the back for a lighter massage when needed. I’ve also recently heard some squeaking from the feet rollers. Research suggested that they’re able to be lubricated so I’m happy about that, just wish I didn’t have to do it manually. Lol Other than those few things I absolutely love my massage chair. It has allowed my family and staff to relax and create more of a self care environment at my production suite, where we can attend to our muscles and body’s after a hard days work or whenever we need to. 4.5 stars from me! Thank you!

Overall this is perfect. The only issue I have is the functionality for the arm rests. Humans do not come in one size fits all scenarios. I stand 5ft 6inch as a woman in her 40’s. I feel like my father should have been slender man in order to utilize the arm areas without slouching. Noise is not loud and reasonably quiet. Relaxing. Assembly was easy! The look is great and sleek. It isn’t bulky and fits comfortably in a corner of any size room. Cost is surprisingly affordable with good quality, the leather could be upgraded to be thicker though.
