I bought these thinking that they were individual gemstones, but they’re actually stone shards in an epoxy(?) matrix. They are beautiful, just not what I expected.

I ordered two crystal wands and one came with a giant wedge cut out of the base (which makes it not flat) and therefore does not stand up. I see that this product “is not eligible for returns”. This feels scammy, as I would have never purchased such a defective product. Don’t waste your money with this company, unless you’d like to get ripped off as well. Poor form!! Very disappointed. 🙁
