This wood helped a lot with motivating me to wanna work out. I try to stay consistent with doing the massages on my own, but it’s a little hard because my arms tend to hurt because I’m not used to working out, but it does help a lot with circulation and your legs to feel better afterwards, I haven’t tried it on my stomach yet but I will get to that body parts soon 🙂

I can’t give the best review at it’s only been 3 weeks that I’m using it almost daily. It’s definitely something you need to have the energy to do, specially to yourself and patience. But it seems to be working as described and I got some oil to help the gliding. Definite must have.
