Our family loves this Avocado oil, we use it for sautéing and frying with great results and no weird flavor.
It’s versatile and the color doesn’t look weird. As for taste, is doesn’t add a whole lot of flavor, but that’s not why we use it. I love that it doesn’t have a strong odor either.
Overall a really great oil with a good value for the price. Highly recommend.

This oil is mainly what I use daily. Doesn’t have any taste i can sense, perfectly fine for use during cooking of all kinds of foods. Just don’t use it on top of salads like olive oil.

Been using this for a year now. The product is perfect. It’s a great replacement for olive oil and the bottle it comes in is awesome for keeping bottles for other liquids (or refilling). My only problem is Amazon keeps cancelling my subscription because, I guess, the seller runs out of product. Anyway i switched to buying a huge bottle from the store and refilling these bottles.

The price is unbeatable but without Fair Trade certification I am concerned with how they can offer this price and be profitable on this item. My best hope is it’s a strategic loss leader to increase buy-in. That said.. neutral flavor as should be and adorable as heck

I bought this for steaks only because of the high smoke point, after seeing all those YouTube chefs rave about algae oil. So I checked into smoke points and this is pretty close. I’ve now cooked steaks with it a couple times, and you can indeed get your steel pan ripping hot – when you see a little smoke trying to happen from this oil, you’re pretty hot. You can get a nice sear and keep the inside pink. I always ended up with a smokey room trying, but this stuff keeps the smoke tolerable at the high heat you want. Everything else I do is olive oil, this will last me a long time, since I only need a tablespoon once in a while.
