They are really well made and the battery life is pretty impressive. However, there are some caveats that I feel I need to share. These cups suction A LOT. If you have never used cups before, these should definitely not be where you start. If you hesitate or don’t use proper lubrication you may end up with them stuck. You have to be really careful because the suction is INTENSE. Start with a low setting and work your way up. I also love that these have red light and heat, which really helps loosen up my muscles. Overall, they work great if you know what you are doing. They are super easy to put together and use, but be warned that you have to be careful!

My capsules came glued together. They can’t be broken. Just a huge piece of glued capsules. The paper lid was poorly glued and there was no protection from moisture. Wasted money. –
