This was my first light therapy item. The red light was the only one I used but I’m a believer after the short time I’ve had it. I used it on my face, knees and even varicose veins. I am stunned how well it worked.
However, the massage aspect is the reason for my low review. Initially, it was solid vibration but after just a week or so of using and recharging, it either doesn’t vibrate at all or vibrates weakly.
I am returning this item but I’m a big believer now in red light treatments.

I’ve seen these things all over instagram and tik tok and had to try it for myself. I’m already a huge fan of red light therapy and use my Doctor Grossman mask nightly. I love that this has so many different colors, but even more than that, the vibration makes me feel like it works better than regular RLT. I feel like the vibration really helps with lymphatic drainage. It’s super easy to use, easy to charge, and I love that it’s small enough to travel with!

I added this red light to my skin routine and I love it! My face has never felt smoother. I love you can set up different types of lights for different things. My face used to be very puffy but with this light, it feels slimmer and smoother. I put my serums on my face and then massage it with the light I want. I love the vibrating and warm setting.
