I am a tarot deck collector and own well over 200 decks. I have never had a holographic deck so I was happy to see this one offered. In opening the box I immediately noticed the holographic effect. While it is noticeable it is not overwhelming and works well as designed. The card stock of the cards is quite good and rated at 350GSM which is good quality for tarot deck cards. The cards have rounded edges and the description states that the cards have a protective ink coating as well. The colors look bright and the details on the cards are clear. The artwork is not 100% Rider, Waite, Smith, but to the uninitiated you may not immediately notice the slight differences to an original RWS deck on some of the cards.
The included guidebook is not bad considering the price of the deck. It is certainly much nicer than the typical LWB (Little White Book) that comes with many standard tarot decks – it does feature color images and the paper and printing quality of the book is good. The box that the deck comes in is pretty thin and I did tear one of the corners of the box even though I am always carefully when opening new tarot decks. I don’t consider this a big issue.
Overall, I am happy with the deck. I think it is probably more appropriate for a young teen or for someone just starting out in tarot after they’ve already purchased an original RWS deck. I think it’s a nice novel presentation with the 3D holographic images and I think the price of this deck is reasonable considering what you receive. A recommend from me based on my notes above of whom this deck is more appropriate for.

I have recently gotten into Tarot cards and it was recommended to me to get some traditional cards in addition to a deck of my choice to help learn some of the traditional symbolism. I personally am not a fan of the original Tarot art. I have nothing against it, but it is very dated. This deck adding a bit of a holographic effect helps me overlook the art just bit. This deck is also made of good cardstock similar to the other decks I own.
My only complaint is that the guidebook included with this deck has a few typos as well as some pages with entire printing errors, so if you’re looking to get this deck specifically, I would suggest purchasing a book on Tarot Card meanings as a backup, that is, if you’re a beginner like me.

These tarot cards are good quality and I’ve been using them daily. They shuffle well and I like that the finish isn’t matte or too glossy either. The card stock is on the thinner side so I try not to shuffle it too vigorously so they don’t get bent.
I chose the holographic option and I really like the rainbow sheen it gives. The design of the cards is similar to the classic Rider Waite style but not identical so if you’re familiar with that then you will still be able to read and appreciate these cards with ease. The deck comes with a guide book that is thoughtfully written and has a good layout, I think this would be great for beginners.
Overall, these are great cards that are good quality and easy to read and use.
