I was so happy when I found these vitamins again! This is my second time buying these vitamins and it’s the best vitamins I ever had. I noticed after two weeks of taking the vitamins, my finger nails grown faster and stronger. I also noticed that my skin is clearer and I feel more energized. Although the instructions says take two daily, I only take one pill a day because taking two is too strong for me. I hope this company never run out of these vitamins again.

I have taken this > a year. I get concerned I will loose out on the benefits if I stop. BUT I just listened to a medical educational podcast by the physician that developed the test to check vitamin D levels & is anyone concerned taking 10,000 iu of Vitamin D3 everyday??!! I JUST realized this! That is way over the recommended doses- 800iu & yes, we can OD on vit D.
My only other issue is that it makes my urine smell- maybe one of the other ingredients?
Anyways, I WILL NOT be taking this product after 1-2yrs!
