    At first I wrote a complaint about my order cause I thought it dint arrive when it did say it was delivered, but how ever later I found my package in the house. But overall I bought this peppermint oil to make a mixture for my ant problem and I can say it’s only been one day since I used it and no ants has reappeared on my kitchen counter. And for me that’s a really good sign cause vinegar and water don’t work d so well the ants still be moving around and they come bk in a couple of hours and the smell of sour vinegar leaves a nasty smell after it dries up, but this peppermint oil gives me two benefits in one. I will recommend.

    I add about 15 drops of this to my humidifier and it works miracles for helping me breathe! Great value for the price. I have tried both the peppermint and the eucalyptus and I wish there was a combination one! Long lasting scent and most importantly, it helps me breathe during these cold winter months with the heat on inside and allergies outside.

    I bought a different brand from a different place. Only a little left in the bottle. I use it to keep mice out of the house. The price on the other one almost doubled so I thought I’d try this one. Total waste of money!! I just bought a different one, hopefully that one will be better.

    I’m very unhappy with the peppermint oil that I received today a picture of it is with this review the one in the green bottle is the wonderful first one that I bought it was the best peppermint oil I’ve ever smelled. And the one I received today is the dark bottle on the right and it has absolutely no smell at all I rubbed it on my arms, nothing. I don’t understand it how it can have the same manufacturer the same company the same name I mean different colored bottles but that’s okay I guess and then they are so different in smell.
    this bottle I got today we’ll go back I hate to do that when it’s only a $10 purchase but I needed that today…I really needed it today.
    I get bug bites and the only thing that stops them is peppermint oil and so now I don’t have any. Very sad shopper today.

    Having purchased several other brands, this is the winner. The peppermint odor is prominent. This one works, it’s has kept chipmunks/squirrels/rabbits away from flowers and vegetables (you do have to reapply frequently). The best use I’ve found began the summer night I had to take the garbage bin to the curb. Tired of always getting at one or more mosquito bites, I spied the bottle of peppermint oil…I rubbed a drop here and there… on feet, legs, hands, waist, back neck and scalp top of head (keep well away from eyes,!).And, for the first time since mosquito “season” started, no bites. Weeks later when ran out for literally a minute without it on, yep, 2 bites. (I prefer not to use a commercial brand of bug-away, feeling I need to shower ASAP. Not with this, no need to shower; love the smell of peppermint. Hope this works for you, too.

    How long it lasts I cant tell cause I just got it. I am hopeful it lasts long and is very pepperminty. Bought it to use to soak into cotton balls to put into a rat hole that is right next to my patio. The rat(s) is/are cute (somewhere right above an opossum) but I want to strongly discourage residency. I needed a lot to have the desired impact on the family. I think four ounces should be enough and if not I will buy more. As a hobby practitioner of aromatherapy I find it very hard to judge the quality of essential oils. I have to go on truth in advertising(label).

    I bought this product because I’m a beyond-broke college student and this seemed to be the best and cheapest option for peppermint oil. Well, cheap is right. The packaging was fantastic and classy, and everything came as advertised, but the smell just wasn’t right. It still smells like peppermint, but it’s diluted. It smells like someone in the next room is thinking very hard about peppermint. It still works and it works well with my diffuser, but if you’re looking for strong peppermint scent, this product probably isn’t for you. For someone like me who needs a great discount, it’s perfect.

    I first tried soaking cotton balls in this peppermint oil/carrier oil, but a steady all day rain washed it out. So I heated tea candles and put ten drops in each. Then I placed the tea candles in the freezer so I could peel the aluminum base off each one. I threw a peppermint candle in each chipmunk hole. The next day I noticed new chipmunk holes in my neighbors yard near where they lived in mine. Smells like a winner!

    Great value.
    Maybe a little less viscous than some of the concentrates.
    4/5 for the longevity.
    Use at desk with a non steam diffuser.
    Folks say it smells great.
    I also put a few drops on microfiber cloth and sniff it directly. Helps with sinuses. I’ve had to give out 5 to others who wanted to experience it that way. Told them first one was free. They’ve been back.
    Honestly – a very solid product that is a wonderful value.

    It definitely doesn’t lack in the smell department at all. It is very oily if you get it on anything. When I received mine it was very oily. But it didn’t appear to have lost anything from the bottle. I use it to repel rodents the over powering smell causes them to become disorganized. And they don’t like it at all. So they will avoid the area. Needs to be applied every 2 or 3 months. This product is one of the stoutest ones I’ve found. And you don’t need much. Mix a few teaspoons in a gallon of water and spray area. Be careful it is very strong and will smell for days or weeks.
