This silly thing is a game changer! I have horrible TMJ issues and lots of neck and shoulder pain because of it. I use this on my jaw every night and on the pressure points all around my head and shoulders. This gives me the relaxation I need to be comfortable enough to sleep. It’s super easy to clean (not that it gets dirty), it’s the perfect size for my hand and much cheaper than acupuncture!
