I ordered this tea because I liked the ingredients. And I have to say it’s really good. I would have given it five stars if it weren’t for the following. We live in Florida, where it rains a lot at this time of year. Amazon has been putting everything they can in paper bags lately, and as a result, everything they deliver is always wet. Also, if it’s tea or something similar, it’s always crushed and doesn’t look marketable.

This tea is delicious. During the summer I made a lot of ‘sun tea ‘ with it, it comes in tea bags and a few bags go a long way for a 1.5 gal sun tea jar.. However, it tastes just as delicious as a hot cup of tea. I have order Ahmad Tea of London many times now I order their Ceylon Black tea ( loose leaf tea) for ever day breakfast and love it it makes a good cup of tea and their price is right I order the 1 lb bag of that tea. Highly recommend it

My wife found this Ahmad Black Current tea in a discount store, and brought some home. We absolutely loved it. Then we couldn’t find it any longer. I eventually (should have looked here sooner) found that Amazon had it. Wonderful tea, with a good flavor and amazing aroma.

I swear if I could have stayed home and kept drinking this all day, I would have been able to fight off whatever I ended up coming up coming down with. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay home & I couldn’t drink this all day long. It tastes awesome with a little honey! There are no staples, so I can throw the whole thing in the compost. I was a little surprised by the foil envelopes, but that just ensures freshness. Plus, this is one of the lesser expensive immunity booster teas out there. Highly recommend!

Le thé noir Ahmad Tea Peach & Passion Fruit est un vrai régal. L’arôme de pêche et de fruit de la passion est agréable et bien équilibré, sans être trop sucré. Amazon keeps the score: they just reminded me that I have bought various flavors of particular Ahmad tea 12 times in the last 2-3 years. 20*6*12=1440 tea bags!
It is great tea inside and out.
I bought few other brands just to try out, but keep coming back to Ahmad, because of its quality and taste.
Found out that famous Twinings (perhaps, of decent quality if English production, they have different label, btw), is offered only in American production and version – tea bush branches mulch with no black tea gry taste and strange, weak fruit flavors at extreme price.
Ahmad is produced overseas. Quality of an open tea bag is uniform – no sticks or weird objects. Flavor – full bodied.
Blackcurrant has the right aroma of fruits ands leaves (comparing to Twinings, where they have no idea what blackcurrants are, “some berry, who cares”).
Lemon lime – intense and uplifting.
Raspberry – you just want to continue smelling and enjoying your cup…

The choice on the web page is between 1.5 lb or 20 count? No, it’s between blackcurrent and Apple Refresh. This kind of discrepancy leads to returns.
It’s good tea. My wife has been drinking it for ten years. Be aware however that it goes stale after one year despite the foil packet.

I’m British by birth so I’m very picky about my tea. I love ribena / blackcurrant flavour, so when I saw this tea I honestly couldn’t wait to try it. I literally cannot drink any other tea now! The flavors are magnificent, and with a little bit of honey, it makes for the perfect morning cuppa! My hubby is also addicted to it as are the rest of my family so we order it by the box. Cannot recommend this enough.

Ahmad Early Grey 100 pack contained a free sample of their Blackcurrant Burst and now I ordered it, too, by this lot of 6-by-20. Same goes with their Mango Magic. I rotate between the three, depending on my mood. Absolutely delicious.

Each tea bag is individually packed, 20 in a box and half a dozen boxes for this. I used to enjoy blackcurrant tea from Lipton and when I was unable to find it in supermarkets, I switched to Dilmah, which was again unavailable after a while too. My supply of blackcurrant is limited, but I do remember my tastes. Lipton was better than Dilmah but this from Ahmad takes the top spot. The fragrance beats the coffee I made every morning and make a very satisfied night after dinner. I have not tasted any bitterness and would recommend Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Sandwich Biscuits to go with this without adding sugar to the tea. The biscuits brings out the sweetness in the tea, and vice versa like wine and cheese.

What a pleasant surprise! I had ordered and enjoyed, Twinings Black Current Tea Bags. They had been a good price, for 120 bags, in six boxes. So I checked,
And they had gone up,ten dollars! Ten! That, to me, seemed like a steep hike. I saw that there were quite a few different brands, of Black Current Tea bags.
I studied and found that Ahmed had a similar deal to Twinings for ten dollars less! The ratings were the same, so I held my breath, and tried a new tea brand.
Imagine my surprise, to find, that it was, not just, as good, as Twining, but instead, much better! At least twice as good! Better flavor! Not just black tea, but
Ahmed, has a black tea blend. And not just Black Current flavor, but real Black Current pieces! Great taste in a tea bag! Ahmed really surprised me!
