I found out that black pepper is actually an irritant and cayenne pepper is actually better for you. It’s anti inflammatory and is good for blood circulation. I’m switching now and see for myself if it’s true.

I am ashamed to admit I didn’t buy this for cooking purposes. We have a terrible time with raccoons, ground ho, squirrels and deer eating our flowers and digging in the planters to find the peanuts they have hidden. As well as raccoons drinking from a table top fountain on our deck. I sprinkle the pepper once a week or so and it keeps them away. This was reasonably priced for my critter keep away needs and it works.

Perfect size cayenne red pepper ground slice for my spice pantry. Can’t beat the price and delivered right to your house. I use this mixed with steak seasoning cooking steaks on the grill and it comes out amazing. A little goes a long way. Cayenne brings a great flavor to your dinner.
