Love this product. Made my brain fog go away.

This supplement is very helpful and preferred to eating organ meat!

Ugh, I hate swallowing horse pills. I take this supplement and wanted a smaller less expensive purchase for the moment and didn’t realize they aren’t capsules.
What a drag!!

Love these. My nails grow, my hair grows, I’d say worth it for the price as it’s not that expensive compared to other brands. I’ve noticed nearly immediate effects after taking these.
They’re pretty big which can be hard to swallow but pick your battles. This is worth it!

I started taking organ supplements about a year ago after reading about the concept of nose to tail diets. Ancient humans used to eat every part of the animal like the liver, brain, and heart and we don’t, resulting in nutritional deficiencies and unbalances. They also used to believe that like helps like so eating the heart would help our heart health, etc.
I started eating the organ supplements and noticed a big change in my seasonal allergies. I also noticed that I only got sick once this year, despite the flu, RSV, and other viruses being passed around my office and house.
I like Dr. Axe’s products and was excited to see him introduce this combination product.
Source of the organs: The bovine (cow) organs and glands are sourced from Argentina. They are 100% bovine organ or gland powder, with no excipients, free from Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) and grass-fed, Non-GMO and made without additives or pesticides. The ovine (lamb) organs are sourced from Iceland and are made without additives. They are wild, free-roaming lambs raised in clean Icelandic nature all of their lives.
Ancient Nutrition follows a “Six Kingdom Approach” which means they’ve included beneficial compounds from every one of the six biological kingdoms – Plant, Animal, Funghi, Bacteria, Archaea, and Protist. If you only want organs in your supplement, then this may not be for you. I like that digestive enzymes are included as it does make it easier to digest.
Nutrition Facts: Most organ supplements may have the ingredients listed but not the vitamin breakdown. I like that this has the vitamin percentage of RDA listed.
Smell: These smell much better than other organ supplements. Some smell like fish food.
Bottom line: I will definitely repurchase this organ supplement.

I’ve been taking Ancient Nutrition supplements for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. Unlike other supplements, these are sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, which gives me confidence that I’m getting a clean, high-quality product. My energy levels have noticeably improved, and I feel more balanced overall.
What I love most is how gentle these capsules are on my stomach. No aftertaste, no discomfort—just pure, nutrient-dense support. It’s a great way to nourish your body naturally, especially if you’re looking for a whole-food source of essential vitamins and minerals. Plus, the company’s commitment to quality and sustainability makes it an easy choice. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their overall wellness!

This bottle contains 180 capsules which at first seems like a lot until you read that you are supposed to take 6 a day, which ends up to being in reality a 30-day supply. For a 30-day supply, I think the price is a bit high for this.
As I have gotten older, I lack some energy and have low-T. This was recommended to me as a natural way to help with those issues. I recently tried M-Drive brand which did nothing for me. I decided to try these due to the natural ingredients that are supposed to absorb more easily. I think taking 6 of these in a day is a bit ridiculous though. Why couldn’t this be formulated for two-pills a day?
Another concern is the lack of certification or independent testing on these. Where is the USP and/or NSF certifications? I could not find anything on the bottle or the brand’s website to say they have these certifications. This concerns me because third party testing helps ensure the supplements have what they say are in them. It does not mean this is a bad product, but it is important that a brand has this certification. Supplement makers make all kinds of claims as to effectiveness of their products and the things they do. I take that with a grain of salt as more often than not, they do not do what they claim or at least to the extent they claim. I also don’t expect miracles either, but a brand that at least goes through the process of certifying their ingredients is a helpful factor. So, in this case, that hurts my initial opinion of this brand. They do have an A-plus on the BBB though which is a positive, but are not BBB accredited though.
These don’t have a bad smell or taste and go down pretty easily and don’t have any aftertaste.
Since I have started taking these, I have noticed a bit more energy level throughout the day. One thing I discovered quickly though that if I took more than 3 in a day, I didn’t sleep well. So, I mainly stick to 2 or 3 a day as opposed to the recommended 6 a day, which I think is a bit ridiculous.
I will update my review once I have a follow up regarding the low-T issue.
I cannot attest to any other claims as I had no issues other than fatigue and low-T, and I noticed no difference with any other of the things it is claimed with these, either before or after. It seems to help with fatigue and the jury is out for helping with low-T.
Overall, other than being expensive, these seem like decent natural supplements for overall male health. Can they help with all the things claimed? I am a bit skeptical.

I’ve been trying the Ancient Nutrition Organs Blend and I’m impressed with the ingredients (grass-fed liver, heart, and kidney) from trusted sources, which is hard to find in one supplement.
The only downside is the serving size and this is why I’m giving it a 4 star review!
You need to take 6 capsules daily, and they’re on the bigger side (at least for me).
Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you don’t love swallowing pills.
That said, it’s a great way to get organ nutrients without the taste, and I feel good knowing the ingredients are clean and responsibly sourced.
Would recommend if you’re serious about adding organ support to your routine.

Absolutely LOVE! Have taken organ supplements before and this one is by far my favorite. Good mood, good energy, I feel nourished and ready for the day. I’m on my second bottle.

I haven’t noticed much change since using the supplements. I will comment that they are so big that I often choke on them, even if I cut them in half. My PCP suggested crushing them and putting them in soft food. I will try that.
