My cats seem to not taste the additive at all! They sometimes even wait for me to put it in before they drink. Highly recommend, and a great value!

Both my kitties begrudgingly let me brush their teeth, love their dental treats, but I wanted a further way to improve their oral health since they love to both sleep next to my head. Also, one being 12 and the other being 18, the older they get the riskier dental procedures would be for them. I added this to their water fountains and it has helped! Everyday their breath is better even directly after eating wet food. It has zero smell and the girls gave no indication that they even noticed something added to it. It’s not like an immediate fix, so don’t give up on it right away if you do get it.

Buen producto, si le ayuda al mal olor de boca de mi gato y no lo siente en el agua y a buen precio

I can’t brush my cats’ teeth. It’s very hard, so I hoped this product helps. It says it’s odourless and flavourless, but one of my cats noticed the water is different. I added one capful into one litre of water in their drinking fountain. After a little while, it started to bubble. My older cat refused to drink the water from the fountain. My younger cat doesn’t feel the differences, so she keeps drinking water from there. The next time I added only 1/4 capful into one litre of water. My older started to drink the water. I need to do this gradually and it’s a very low process until it reached the desired portion ratio. I wish I could buy one or two bottles instead of a pack of six. It is too much to start with.

One of my cats one day started drooling oddly and had corpse breath. It was odd and worrying so I ran out and bought this stuff. I don’t know what was going on but this cleared it right up after some time. I put this in all of the cat fountains and ever since then I’ve made sure to regularly buy this. It keeps all of my cats mouths really clean and fresh. It works well and it’s easy to use just put a cap full in the fountain and your good to go! The cats don’t seem to really notice it that I’ve noticed and it’s a decent sized bottle for the price.

Plus my cat seems a lot happier now even if he has weird fishy breath now. It’s better than corpse breath by miles. He no longer has that odd issue either! The vet’s even said his mouth looks decent!!!

This stuff is way too expensive for the amount they recommend per volume of water. Especially if you use a water fountain (which you should for cats) – Ours takes more than half a bottle for the full volume and we replace the water a few times a week, so just not worth it.

I think this is the third time. Fourth time I bought this product. It works great in the water. I know I do use it a little bit of label and my dogs actually drink it as well. It has definitely reduce the smell and bad breath. I didn’t notice when I ran out that the animals breath did start to smell again.

I like Arm and Hammer stuff but this didn’t agree with any of my cats and gave them all the runs… So must have given them all bad tummies. I stopped for a week or so thinking it might have been something they ate. But when I reintroduced it to the water again…. My litter tray resembled a chocolatey butterscotch Mr Whippy ice cream. I’m going to stick with buying Dentagen as that was quite good for my cats. Bit over priced but did the trick, unlike this unfortunately.

Vet was really happy with our cats teeth. She won’t let us brush them so we use this product in her water along with the Hills Dental Care dry food as part of her meal plan. Odourless and colourless and the cat doesn’t notice anything is in there.

Este enjuague bucal es muy buen producto, si les ayuda a refrescar su aliento pero sobre todo les ayuda a evitar algunas enfermedades dentales.

The first bottle I bought on Amazon was sealed and had no discernible scent. My cats were ok with it and it seemed to be a great product.

The other 2 bottles I received were not sealed and had the smell of petroleum, one of them a very heavy smell. Not safe! I don’t know if this is a manufacturing issue or an Amazon issue, but I recommend buying this in a store so you will know if the bottle is sealed or not.

Update: I checked this product in a local store and all the bottles were unsealed and smelled of petroleum, so this is a manufacturing problem, not an Amazon problem. I did receive a refund from Amazon, but I also wanted to let everyone know it’s a production problem. Sad because at first it was a good product.

I’ve been using this in my cat’s water for about a week now, and I’m actually surprised—it has no smell or color, and he didn’t even notice it was in there. I was a bit nervous he’d stop drinking his water, but so far, no issues.

His breath seems a bit fresher already, which makes cuddles way more pleasant. I can’t speak for long-term dental results yet, but it feels like a good step between vet cleanings. Super convenient, especially if your cat hates toothbrushes like mine does.

One note: I saw some reviews about baking soda being a concern for cats, so I’m keeping an eye on him just in case. But for now, it seems gentle and easy to use.

I bought this water additive for my cats as my previous one has gotten too expensive. This additive helps with a cat’s breath and their teeth, even though my vet says I should brush my cat’s teeth. Has a vet ever tried to brush a cat’s teeth? Have they ever read the joke about having to give a cat a pill to only end up in the ER after trying? lol But seriously, this does work great on oral hygiene for you kitty. I just add a splash to my cat’s water fountain every time I clean it and add fresh water. Easy to do, has no taste or smell, and the cats don’t even know it’s there. And this is the most affordable one of all the brands. A cat’s teeth are often forgot about until the cat gets sick and the vet says they are sick because they have cavities. Then you feel so bad wondering how long they have been suffering with a toothache. This should help with dental care, even though dental visits for your cat should be done with their yearly wellness check ups. I know I sound like a vet, which I’m not, I am just one of those owners that has never gotten over allowing my cat to suffer a toothache because I neglected a dental checkup. Things that happen to your beloved kitty because they are your fault, you never get over. sigh

I have an area set up for kitties that are strays and I feed them and give them medical attention and try to gain their trust to help them get homes or back to their homes. An elderly black kitty came in with a swollen mouth and he could barely chew food. From other kitties I knew it was a tooth. I never used the water additive until now and I put it in for all of them and within a couple days his swelling went down and it seems the tooth came out or possibly gum area healed. I can’t get close enough to get him to a vet but I’ll use this untilI I gain his trust to help him further. People need to remember they feel pain like we do.
