This salts are wonderful! The smell is delicious and relaxing. My bathtub was clean after the soak and I slept like a baby after the bath. My sleep was fantastic best ever according to my sleep tracker, I ordered the subscription now. The product was recommended to me for lymphatic health but I would also recommend it to have a great nice of rest plus I had exercise a lot and there was no sore muscles in the morning

If you’re just looking for a nice smelling bath salt, this product is fine. However, I specifically bought it to help with lymphatic draining after liposuction. I didn’t find it effective for that purpose. Save your money and buy a cheap grocery store brand of plain epsom salt instead.

This smells so nice! If you are unable to soak in the tub, you can still get the benefits by filling one or two 5-gallon buckets with hot water plus the detox soak. Sit back with a leg in each bucket up to your knees and enjoy your hillbilly spa treatment!!

Full disclosure: I was looking for a natural lithium body soak after visiting natural hot springs in Cali. This kept popping up so I gave it a try. Very relaxing. Lovely scent. What I noticed the most was the amount of skin I shed while soaking. A residue started forming on the skin that had contact with water and after rubbing/exfoliating with washcloth it just shed off. My entire body feels like it’s a newborn. I will definitely try this product again.

Also, the instructions recommend using 1-2 cups per bath, so the bag does not go far if you follow those instructions. I really liked it and would purchase again. Make sure you drink lots of water, as directed – before, during, and after your bath.

I don’t know if this detoxes me, but after the gym and a long day, it sure helps me from the soreness and stress of the day. My skin does not dry out either, like regular epsom salts do. I do think it’s a little pricey but worth it.
