Very nice lacy ruffly panties but for me they are a loose fit. According to the size chart and my 40 inch hips I should wear large. I disregarded the waist measurement because they are worn low on the hips. The top elastic has just enough tension so they don’t slip off. The second elastic a bit lower has no tension at all. Judging by how much I can pull them out at the sides, I think I could wear a small. They are fine if you want a loose fit but I wanted snug.
