These are an excellent sub for regular pasta. Taste and texture are delicious. Boil for 8 minutes tops.

This is a great product as far as health benefits, taste, and consistency. Unfortunately, on average, it’s about 5 -6 times more expensive than store-brand whole wheat pasta, so I could not give it the full five stars.

My daughter and I can’t have normal pasta. And it’s seems really hard to find any that doesn’t disintegrate with what seems like minutes after cooking. Until I came across these. We are both able to eat these even though we have different dietary restrictions. More then that these taste, feel and act like normal pasta! No falling apart in sauce at all. It’s no poor go to.

Minimal ingredients. Great quality. Great texture and taste. They cook like normal pasta and don’t taste like cardboard or have weird texture like a lot of other chickpea pasta. Fits my dietary restrictions due to health issues so I’m very happy with the Banza brand!

Great food! the noodles cook up quick and easy. They taste great are helpful to keep blood glucose even. I highly recommend this product.
I really enjoy this game –
I have been gluten free for over 15 years and this pasta brand out ranks them all!!! Does not clump up or get to mushy and bonus you get the added protein!!! Win win!!!

LOVE these! I have bought almost every kind of noodle Banza makes! I tell everyone about them and my doctor also recommended them when I asked about them. I tried other brands of chickpeas, and they do not taste as well as the Banza brand! SO yummy! I don’t want to tell too many people b/c I want to buy them, but I do want to tell people so they stay making them!

I have been gluten free, against my own will, for a few years now. Being gluten free comes with the realization that most things will have that “gluten free flavor”. It’s hard to explain but you can tell when certain things are gluten free. It does not make them taste bad but there is a difference that makes you yearn for the real thing. The texture is identical to real pasta. As someone who is picky about texture, this is one of my fav gluten free options. The flavor of gluten free pasta will always be a little different but it also matters how you flavor things. I would recommend this to any of my fellow celiac friends

Pretty good, but too expensive for me with other similar choices available.
