My order for the Barista’s Secret Coffee Syrups arrived on time and in a very nicely decorated box. I used them at the coffee bar at the wedding shower that I was hosting. What can I say? I got rave reviews on the flavors from the guests. The pure cane sugar that they are made of is so flavorful. All the flavors were delicious. The bottles are very high end looking. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave them out on my counter for everyone to see. Very much comparable to the high-end name brands and priced right too!

These are pretty decent syrups! I got them for use in my home, but the packaging makes them a very giftable item too. They’re pretty generous sized bottles, and the price isn’t bad. They do pretty good in coffee, though I find that the sweetness overwhelms the actual flavour – I needed to add more syrup than I normally would to get the flavour to come across, and the resulting coffee was sweeter than I would like. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but something to keep in mind. I do appreciate that it’s pure sugar, rather than corn syrup derived. The syrups do smell and taste pretty good though!
Customer Review –
These coffee syrups from Barista’s Secret are a great starter kit for any home barista as they contain a variety of all the most requested flavors. They look great on a coffee bar and taste great in your coffee as well. I was most excited to see that they fit my standard sized coffee syrup pumps too even though they are a little smaller in size. I did have to cut off a little of the straw part to make them fit the height of the bottle, though.
I think this is a great value for the money with really good ingredients. Great if you’re planning to entertain around the holidays and are just setting up a coffee bar, or perfect for a hostess or swap gift too. Or split up the bottles to add to gift baskets. I may actually share one or two of mine but I’m also really happy to keep all of them as I haven’t had any flavored syrups in a while. The flavors aren’t super strong but may be for you as I don’t use a lot of sweetener, usually less than a teaspoon, but I can still tell the difference.

These syrups are honestly really good. The flavors taste rich without being overly sweet, and each one actually tastes like what it says. The French vanilla and brown sugar cinnamon are my favorites for iced lattes, and the salted caramel mixes really smoothly without settling at the bottom. The bottles are a nice size and feel like they’ll last a while even if you use them every day. They make my coffee taste like something I’d get from a café, and for the price you get a lot of variety. It’s a fun little upgrade if you make drinks at home. The thickness is just right too. It’s not watery, but it’s not so thick that it settles at the bottom or takes forever to blend.
The bottles are a generous size, and considering how much you get, it’s great value for money. They make my coffee taste like something from a café, and the whole set feels like a real upgrade for home drinks.

This review is for Barista’s Secret Premium Coffee Syrups 5 pack.
It includes 5 decently sized bottles of the following flavors: French Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut, English Toffee, and Brown Sugar Cinnamon. Since the bottles are plastic, they aren’t too heavy, and you don’t have to worry about them breaking easily.
All of the flavors and enjoyable, but I think my favorites are hazelnut and salted caramel. They are the most authentic tasting. However, every flavor truly elevates any basic coffee beverage. I think they all shine even more in iced coffee drinks. The listing states you can also use them on other foods, like ice cream or pancakes, but admittedly I haven’t tried these yet.
I think this is a good value for 5 flavors – again, these are decent sized bottles – and this a great way to try out the different flavors before committing to larger bottles.

So far the taste is spot on with my coffee making.

Flavorless. It’s sweet, like liquid sugar, but I can’t taste any indication that even an attempt has been made to make the flavor match the descriptions on the bottles.

Let’s just start by saying these exceed expectations. There are five different flavors. The bottles are medium to large sized, and are plastic. Normally, a plastic bottles would signify a lower quality product to me, but that’s where these exceeded expectations.
I have a latte machine, and it definitely gets used at my house. I was excited to try these syrups because the five flavors included are all things that I would choose- there’s no duds in here.
I did a little taste test and was impressed with every flavor!
I’d say the hazelnut. One is probably my favorite but hazelnut is usually my favorite anyway, followed by the vanilla, and maybe the salted caramel. The hazelnut one has that perfect little slight, bitter knot flavor at the end that reminds you of something you’d get at a high end coffee shop. The vanilla also is very smooth and cozy.
The salted caramel one is very sweet, but also exactly what I was expecting from a salted caramel syrup. You could probably put this on ice cream.
The brown sugarCinnamon one wasn’t as cinnamony as it was brown sugar-y, but was still a unique flavor.
My partner loved the english toffee one the best because it was very buttery- exactly what one would expect from an english toffee flavor. I also really enjoyed it.
I wasn’t expecting much from these slightly budget looking coffee syrups, but they definitely blew me out of the water. I would be super happy if I got these instead of a name brand version.
They do have preservatives in them, which is probably why they taste so awesome, but i’m not looking for something healthy when i’m buying coffee syrups, so it doesnt bother me so much.
The last thing I liked about them is you don’t have to refrigerate them after opening, which saves my precious refrigerator space for things that matter as well- like pie.
Great quality, great value for money, smells amazing, and ultra functional. 10/10.

They are all very sweet, but light on flavor. It’s like adding a bunch of sugar with just a hint of whatever flavor that syrup is. Not bad flavor, just very weak. Adding more just makes it too sweet, not stronger.

I make coldbrew coffee and use syrups for flavoring it. These are some good flavored syrups. They are smaller bottles than I am used to ordering, but were great just to try out new flavors. I might actually order more of this brand if I can find singles at a decent price. They don’t seem to exist outside of this ad though. I get bottles about twice this size for the price I am paying for each of these and the value could be better. I am looking forward to seeing a full sized decently priced hazelnut option.
I wasn’t a fan of all of them, but most taste much better than some of the most popular options and hazelnut is my favorite by far. I love the flavor of that one, but it is also one of my favorite flavors. The ingredients list is pretty vague with natural and artificial flavors, which is definitely not ideal. I’m not a huge health nut so I prefer what tastes the best, but would prefer to know what they are using for flavors.

You get a nice variety of syrups here. While I don’t drink coffee, I do make oatmeal, waffles, and the occasional hot cocoa and have found these to be a great addition to those. I favor the French Vanilla or Brown Sugar Cinammon for my oatmeal since it’s the most neutral (if you can call it that) flavor. I don’t really want something like Hazelnut competing with my berries, ya know. English Toffee and Hazelnut are my go-to for waffles.

This set is super convenient if you like flavored coffee but don’t want to commit to one giant bottle that you get sick of halfway through. The mini bottles make it easy to test what you actually like, and they’re also nice for gifting or keeping a couple flavors at work. The flavors are the classic coffee shop lineup, so it’s a good mix for lattes, iced coffee, or even adding to hot chocolate. If you’re someone who likes just a hint of flavor, start with a small amount because syrups can go from “yum” to “why is this perfume” fast. I also like that you can mix flavors without wasting a bunch, like vanilla plus caramel or hazelnut plus toffee. Overall it’s a fun way to make boring coffee feel less like a chore.

Delivered in time for my early February wedding and was a hit in my Cold Brew Coffee Bar!! Flavors are great and bottles (though plastic) are a good size. Did have to buy pumps separately, but still a good deal for the price 🙂

Good amount for the price. If you like really sweet flavorings these are great, but they are almost too sweet for my tastes. Still ones like the English Toffee were empty pretty quickly.
