I gave The Bearded Butchers 5 out of 5 stars for their outstanding customer service and support, as well as their exceptional seasonings and sauces. I ordered a couple of 5 oz shakers from Amazon, one was the Hollywood blend and the other the black blend, and upon receiving them (while living in Germany), I discovered that both tops had broken off during transit and the seasoning had hardened—through no fault of the company.
I reached out to The Bearded Butchers, and within two hours, customer service representative Mackenzie had emailed me, apologized for the issue, and by the third hour, she provided a new tracking number. On top of that, she sent me double the amount I had originally ordered to compensate for the inconvenience.
My family and I were already huge fans, but this experience has ensured that we will continue purchasing their seasonings and BBQ sauces, knowing they genuinely take care of their customers.

Of all their blends this is my favorite for a simple reason, low sodium. You get all the flavor and its not going to overload your salt intake.
