I like to sleep with blankets instead of duvets and I love how this one looks. I got the Dark Green and the color is pretty close to the picture. I would say its not quite as saturated as the picture. Its more of a muted dark green/ olive color. Its soft and comfortable to sleep with. Its not heavy so I can actually move around at night.
I do wish it was slightly thicker. I have a similar cotton blanket from a different brand and I was hoping the thikness would be closer to that one. But either way I still like it.

I’ve purchased the beige one prior and absolutely love the quality and weight of the blanket. No discoloration after several washes. Other reviews mention discoloration but I took the risk and purchased the dark green one. Love the color, love the material, love the weight, hate that it discolored.

Love this blanket. It’s so soft and warm as a layering blanket. I’m sure it will be perfect in the summer months. We got the oversized king and finally we aren’t fighting for the covers in the middle of the night. We have both been sleeping better. Every blanket should be oversized. Fits the bed perfectly! I bought 2 of these blanket in king–one in beige linen and the second in dark gray. I am trying to switch to natural fibers like cotton instead of polyester/microfiber items. These blankets are nice quality and laundered well, but I missed the softness of other materials we had used. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how soft this blanket has become after several laundry cycles. It has retained the lovely colors, the fabric has held up well, but it just continues to get softer with each wash. I am so pleased with these blankets! I highly recommend them. Just know that they are a bit stiff initially but soften up considerably when washed a handful of times. It is well-worth the price I paid. We use these blankets consistently fall thru spring along with a thin comforter and it provides enough warmth for me, but doesn’t make my hot-sleeping husband too warm. It’s a perfect blanket all around!

Great blanket! It’s soft with a beautiful weave that gives it a nice quality feel. I was a little worried my dogs’ nails might snag or damage it, but so far it has held up perfectly with no issues at all. It’s also the perfect weight, warm and cozy without feeling too hot. I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy another.

This blanket is as described, a lightweight, 100% cotton weaved blanket similar to those used in American hospitals. The price is appropriate for what you are getting – heavyweight cotton blankets run 2 to 3x the cost of this item.
I did not purchase a bright color so cannot speak to the dye holding up to washing but I did launder the blanket and there was no noticeable change in color or dimensions after drying.
If you want significant insulation/warmth and weight in a blanket, this is not product you are looking for. If you want a light, comfortable layer or sleep “hot”, this is an affordable, excellent choice.

The herringbone design is amazing, gives a wonderful texture when draped on a couch, chair or bed itself! When used as a blanket, it feels nice but a bit thin. I use it when I don’t feel like wearing a sweater in my home since it still keeps me warm and breathable to not sweat. Strong, sturdy, and big blanket.

So far pretty good, writing an intial review after washing cold alone on gentle and drying on medium heat. It shed alot of lint in the dryer, but this is expected of most big cotton items like this. It seems very thick on your body but is breathable and sleeps well in hot texas summer nights with warm temperatures and high humidity. Its very soft after washing as well. Update after 3 washes, only real complaint is it gets ALOT of lint in the drier lint trap when you wash it. Its still extremely comfortable and soft. I notice many reviews stating pulled threads and other issues. Mine did not have any of these that i can see, nor are any developing after 3 washes, evenwith all the lint it leaves in the trap. There may be defective runs going out or getting too beat up in shipping and handling. They do ship these vacuum sealed in pretty thin boxes, so it wouldn’t surprise me if some are being damaged by mishandling between manufacturer and Amazon or Amazon and customer or just in general at either’s warehouses. Update: after using for a good bit i feel this blanket has good and bad days to its fabric softness, it maybe just me, but it seems it feels a little scratchy and a bit off on less humid days, but again, maybe just my skin or shower routine drying my skin causing this. Overall I’m happy with the blanket, its been durable and overall a good blanket. However, i am going back to a tried and true material i have used on my lower bed blanket for decades, fleece. I use this as an add on layer for warmth when needed. Its a good overall blanket. It does state handwash only on it, but wash it on gentle alone and dry on low/medium and it will wash in the easher and drier fine, this actually seems to help its overall feel. Showed where i have a bit of pilling in the photos, but not anything extreme like some state. Again, its a good extra layer blanket, especially in normally warmer climates like I’m in. Currently using it as top layer over my comforter to add more warmth with winter storm setting in hard this week in texas.
