There are hundreds of rubs available online and in stores. This is a hard one to find in stores. Have tried many rubs on all kinds of meats over the years and this one resonates with me. Great blend and has quite a spice kick. Very much of an eye of the beholder. I use one entire canister for one pork shoulder and smoke it up. Try it and see if you like it as much as we do.
