I can’t rate them too bad because they appear to be what they say they are. I cannot tell if they are actually doing anything for me though. They’re a bit expensive for something you can probably just get fish oil for. I can’t feel any real difference.
That said, they don’t smell bad and they don’t taste bad so that’s good. I would suggest reading the ingredients and deciding for yourself if you need more of them in your diet or not.

I ordered these as joint support from my low back since I experienced back pain. I can’t say that I am experiencing any relief however these do include some really core ingredients that I like to include in my supplement regime for long-term health. The ingredients seem to be reasonably dosed and of reasonable quality and seems like a pretty good value for money considering that these are comprehensive stack of ingredients rather than just a bunch of individual capsules I would have to take myself.
The small capsules are really easy to swallow and even they have to take a few of them per dose they go down easy with some liquid.

Super easy to take, not a large oil or liquid capsule. Like a lot of my joint supplements tend to be so it’s nice to switch it up. I can’t speak to any positive or negative health effects yet which will determine the value for money here for this product, however certainly easy enough to take so far and the information on the bottle seems legit and useful.

This is an excellent, clinically studied joint support supplement. You get a blend of not 1 but 3 different clinically studied ingredients (at full therapeutic dosages) in each capsule. Each 1 capsule serving provides a full 100mg ApresFlex boswellia extract, 40mg Mobilee rooster cartilage extract, and 40mg UC-II collagen extract. All of these are very well-known, clinically studied, science-based ingredients, and this is the first supplement I’ve seen that combines all three in one. I have used UC-II in combiation with curcumin and boswellia in the past many times and it always works well for me to alleviate joint pain and stiffness. The Mobilee should work synergistically to further increase these effects. Usually with ApresFlex, I notice the benefits and reduced inflammation pretty quickly, whereas UC-II takes a couple weeks for me to notice benefits.
Overall – this is a fantastic joint support supplement. It’s super easy to take at just 1 capsule per day, and it’s a really good all-in-1 supplement. It’s an excellent value, though I wish there were 60 servings instead of 30.

This joint supplement has helped my creaky hands feel a bit better, and I’m hopeful the benefits will continue with longer use. It seems to have solid ingredients and is made in the USA, which I appreciate.
The pills are small and easy to swallow — definitely a plus. However, I was surprised (and a little disappointed) when I opened the jar and saw it was only about a quarter full. It does contain the 30 pills as listed, but the packaging made it feel like there should be more.
Overall, it seems like a quality product with potential, but the underwhelming presentation knocked a bit of the confidence out of the experience.

I can’t say for sure how well BioTrust’s Joint 33X works, as I take multiple supplements, and any benefit I’m experiencing could easily be from something else, or merely a placebo effect. That said, I generally like the supplement. Usually, you see bovine collagen in these joint supplements, but this one uses chicken, which is better for some things than bovine. I absolutely love how small the capsules are compared to most other joint supplements. And you only have to take 1 per day, instead of the 2-6 horsepills that other brands make you take.
