This was completely amazing. I cannot believe I can make my own at home. My kids love burritos and it really taste authentic. I love the ingredients nothing artificial no animal byproducts I compared all the other ones and this was the best quality and I’m so happy I bought it!! I literally went back and bought another, I batch cook and freeze burritos for my 5 kids! My husband loves it straight out of the pot! Best air freshener for your home!! The smell will make you drool

If I could give this 10 stars I would. I am obsessed with these bombs! 2 of my daughter’s that dont like Birria loved these!!! The flavor is absolutely amazing. I wont try any other brand. I even have these on my Christmas list. I don’t want to run out ever!!

This is a fantastic time saver when making Birria. The package has two bombs I cubed the beef and placed it in my Instant Pot with water and waited until it finished cooking. It made a delicious beef dish. Normally I would have to process my chilies by roasting soaking and running through the food processor. It is a long process and the ground chilies can make a mess. Then I would measure out all the other spices. This is one and done. I did decide to add garlic and chopped onions to the mixture. If you’re searching for a great taste to have at home this is your ticket.

This stuff really brings flavor to tacos. What I love is you don’t have to measure a bunch of spices, just drop one “bomb” and you’re good to go. The taste is authentic, with that true Mexican vibe, and no fuss. I was surprised how much meat one bomb can season, such good value.

WOW WOW WOW!!! We made these last Sunday for Dinner. I invited my parents and sister over for dinner. My sister said they were the best Tacos she has ever had! My Mother said that they were restaurant quality tacos. My husband who doesn’t like tacos also loved them. They were so easy to make in my instant pot. I bought a 3.83 lb chuck roast so I only used 1 spice bomb and that was plenty for the 5 of us. We had enough left over to make dinner on Tuesday for 4 of us, my sister took some leftovers home and we still have a little left over.
The directions for the spice bombs said to use 4 cups of water, instead of water I added 4 cups of beef broth. However next time I think I will do an extra cup or cup and half. I think the beef broth helped to add a little more flavor. I also added a couple other seasonings, just because we like them. I added some original Dan o’s and some chili Verde seasoning I had. I added Garlic cloves to the mixture as well and a little bit of cilantro. I put everything into my instant pot for 1.5 hours and did a natural release for about 15 minutes. After the meat was done cooking, I pulled the meat out and drained the broth into another bowl. I shredded the meat and added a little of the broth back into the meat. From there I dipped flour tortillas into the broth and grilled on each side for a minute or so. I then put meat and Chihuahua cheese and Queso Fresco cheese on top of the meat. For toppings or stuffed inside the taco we did pickled red onions (see Recipe below it was super easy) Cilantro, home made Pico, Guac and sour cream or cilantro lime sour cream. SO YUMMY!!!!! Again everyone LOVED them, I will definitely be ordering these again! They will become a regular rotation dinner item for our family. I think it would be a pretty easy week night dinner as well. You could easily make everything ahead of time and have it ready to go for dinner when everyone gets home.
I made homemade refried beans and bought some Spanish rice for sides. what an Incredible dinner, Honestly 100 out of 10 stars.
Pickled Red onion Recipe we used
Ingredients
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar ( I used Cane sugar bc that is what I had on hand)
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional) I didn’t add this as I didn’t want anything spicy my parents don’t do spice.
I did add 5 cloves of whole garlic, and some extra Ball pickling seasoning I had to it. We loved this recipe as well and it’s a recipe I will use again. It’s a keeper for us.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Place onion a large jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Add in red pepper flakes, if using, then pour mixture over onions.
Step 3
Let cool to room temperature, then place lid on and refrigerate until ready to use, at least 2 hours. Onions will keep in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
I made these on Saturday afternoon and they were perfect for Dinner on Sunday.
Again I would highly recommend these spice bombs. It made dinner so EASY! The seasoning was perfect and the meat was so tender. Don’t wait just order these now! You won’t be disappointed.

I thought I’d give this a shot because of ease of making. All the spices in 1 ball! That is wonderful.
I used a peak roast for this. Thawed. Did not sear just dumped in slow cooker. I figured if try this as easy as possible. Just cut up the roast drop in with the seasoning ball. I did use unsalted beef broth instead of water. Cooked on high for 6 hours then left overnight at low. I’m sure it could have been done sooner but longer seems to help it be pull apart. I checked at 08:00 the next morning and the yes, the meat just fell apart. Came out very tender. I made breakfast burritos with the meat along with eggs and a bit of cheese.
Very good. Chopped onions and some cilantro would have kicked but I was being lazy. This is the easiest Brittani have ever made. Yea, it could have had a bolder flavor but it was still pretty good for just dropping in a pot with meat and broth.
Ease level is hight. Flavor not bad. It’s a bit pricey but as easy as it is to make a really good meal, I’m in. I’ll be trying it in tacos later with full dressings and rice. I will buy again.

Flavor profile is a little off compared to Birria I have had before. It is missing something (not sure what) that all others I have had from traditional families/restaurants had. That being said it still eats fine, has a nice heat that I like (was more than my son liked), and was easy to use. 4 lbs meat, 4 cups H2O, and 1 balm. Not a bad pantry item for a lazy meal but will make from scratch (not that hard) if I have the ingredients.
Dano –
Bombs arrived in a box so they wouldn’t be smashed, not that it matters because they’ll dissolve anyway. BUT it kept the integrity of the ’bomb’. 😁
Followed the directions for pressure cooker and came out great. I’m not a birria snob and typically eat it in ramen or as quesabirria tacos, so I’m easy to please when it comes to flavor. It was a little sweet and had baking spices flavor, which is not my favorite. Some people might have a different opinion, but OH WELL!
I like easy peezy, set it and forget it, and this was that. Good things happening with this product, so I’ll be buying it again.

These birria bombs have really great flavor and are incredibly easy to use, which I appreciated. That said, they were much spicier than I personally prefer. Just a heads up — the longer they cook, the spicier they seem to get. We had leftovers the next day, and they were even hotter.
If you enjoy bold, spicy food, these would probably be perfect for you. For me, the spice level was just too much. I won’t be purchasing again, but that’s purely based on my personal heat tolerance — not the quality of the product.

Easy to use and incredible flavor. My go to for slow cooking!

I recently tried the Birria Bomb Balls – Gourmet Taco and was absolutely blown away by the flavor and quality! These are not your typical taco bites – they’re packed with bold, authentic birria seasoning and deliver a perfect balance of tender meat, spices, and delicious sauce in every bite.
The texture was spot on – juicy and tender inside, with just the right amount of seasoning to make it irresistible. They were incredibly easy to prepare, making them a convenient option for a quick snack, party appetizer, or even a full meal when paired with rice or tortillas.
What impressed me the most was how gourmet they truly felt. You can tell the makers put care into crafting something special. It’s like enjoying high-end street food in the comfort of your home.
I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves bold, flavorful dishes or wants to elevate their taco nights. Can’t wait to order more!

I was thoroughly impressed by how simple and tasty this product was to use. It arrived in a food-safe, resealable package, and everything inside was just as promised. My husband and I are die-hard Birria lovers, picky about ingredients and often skeptical of restaurant preparations, which is why we enjoy cooking it ourselves. These spice blends took all the hassle out of the process, delivering a dish that was downright irresistible. While the cost might raise an eyebrow initially, it’s an incredible deal when you see how much meat it transforms! We tossed one spice bomb into the Instant Pot with 4 pounds of prime sirloin steak, and the result was enough for three dinners, one lunch, a generous share for our neighbors, and still some left to freeze for another lunch. We enjoyed it as birria tacos, birria salad, and even birria ramen—your culinary creativity is the only limit to what you can whip up with this meat!

If you’re a fan of birria and love the convenience of a slow cooker or Instant Pot, these Birria Bomb Balls are a game-changer! This seasoning mix transforms your traditional birria recipe into an easy, flavorful masterpiece that will have everyone asking for more.
The blend of spices in this seasoning is perfect—not too spicy but with just the right balance of rich, smoky, and savory flavors. The seasoning is versatile, making it ideal for both beef and or goat meat(haven’t tried personally), and it infuses the meat with an authentic, comforting taste that takes your birria to the next level. When combined with the slow cooking or Instant Pot method, the result is perfectly tender meat that practically melts in your mouth!
The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, even for someone who might not be a seasoned cook. The seasoning mix does most, if not all, of the work for you to create a restaurant-quality dish at home with minimal effort.
