I take this because of PVD caused from blood clots and blood mutation. Helps tremendously. I recently ran out( I take a lot of supplements) and didnt notice. My legs began to ache, feet and ankles swollen. Back on it and feeling much better. I wont run out again.

I’ve been on BP medication for many years, I’ve tried just about everything to lower my bread blood pressure naturally, but this product works the best. I haven’t had normal readings for many of years w/o the BP meds.and today I didn’t take any blood pressure medications, and after 2 days of using this product, it is in the normal range, honest to God.
For now I’m going to stop the BP meds, check my readings, and if anything changes, I will leave an update.

I’m in my 70s and have circulation problems. My legs ached and my legs and feet are cold in bed. I have to wear socks.
Since taking this supplement 2x per day my legs don’t ache nearly as much. My legs and feet don’t feel so cold in bed.
I don’t know that this is a cure for circulation problems but it has definitely helped me. I was skeptical but for the money they are worth a try if you suffer with circulation problems.
I don’t notice a boost in energy just the circulation help.

This is the third bottle I purchased, I found it to be effective in controlling the pain and cramping in my left calf that I had for over a year. Whenever my leg felt better I quit taking the supplement. After about 2 weeks the pain and cramping came back when walking, and jogging. I’m now taking the supplement again and I’m pain free and no longer cramping. Significant improvement. Zack
