I am VERY picking with drink flavors so I am always nervous to try something new. I usually find myself not liking the flavor. The Orange Bloom is really good. It’s not overly sweet and it doesn’t have that chemical aftertaste that some energy drinks have. It didn’t make me feel jitters and it didn’t give me a stomachache or a headache. Really enjoy!

Though no energy drink is “good” for you, these aren’t so bad! All of the flavors taste great. They give me lasting energy without the sugar rush/crash or heart palpitations that some other energy drinks do. (I’m 31yrs old and have tried almost all of them including the giant Monster brand science canisters) There is just enough caffeine in the can to get through my 9-11hr days with no other caffeine needed. And the prebiotics are a plus! Highly recommend.
Stacy Pretzer –
Trying for the first time. The flavor has been very good, and can really the fruit of each flavor in each can. Really has given me energy with no crash. Love the choice of natural caffeine and the healthier options of the ingredients.
morgan young –
Great flavor, tastes like fizzy apple juice. I love that it’s only 10 calories with no sugar! After drinking it makes me feel refreshed and ready for the day without the caffeine shake. The prebiotics are a bonus! Worth the price.
Chantel Pike –
I work out about six times a week and always look forward to my energy drink before each workout. Bloom Sparkling Energy Drinks have become one of my favorites! The flavors are delicious — not artificial-tasting like most — and I love that they’re made with better ingredients like prebiotics, green tea extract, and lychee, which is a great natural metabolism booster.
They’re zero sugar, only 10 calories per can, and give me the perfect energy lift without the jitters or crash I get from other caffeine or pre-workout drinks. Plus, they don’t use artificial flavors or aspartame, which I have really been trying to look out for.
My favorite flavors are Peach Mango and Cherry Lime — both super refreshing and light. Overall, these are a total win for anyone looking for a better-tasting energy drink!

I really enjoyed this Bloom Nutrition carbonated energy drink. It has a great flavor, light carbonation, and doesn’t taste overly sweet or artificial. It gives a clean boost of energy without making me feel jittery or causing a crash later.
I like that it feels lighter than traditional energy drinks and is easy to drink, especially before a workout or during a busy day. The ingredients and quality make it a great alternative to stronger energy drinks. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it.
Allison –
I’ve been really happy with Bloom Nutrition Sparkling Energy Drinks. They’re a great alternative to mainstream energy drinks and feel noticeably cleaner.(Doesn’t burn when you take a sip lol) I like that the caffeine comes from natural sources like green coffee bean instead of synthetic caffeine, and the 180mg gives a solid boost without the jittery crash. I would say that it has kind of a berry flavor which is nice and adds to the “healthy” feel. I have also purchased the apple crisp flavor which was good and pretty self explanatory. The only reason for rating at four stars is due to some damage to the cans as a result of shipping. I wasn’t too concerned once I examined the cans and didn’t find any leaks.

The Bloom Nutrition sparkling energy drinks are a tasty, guilt-free way to get a natural energy boost. With zero sugar, 180mg of natural caffeine, and antioxidant-rich ingredients like green coffee bean and green tea extract, they’re a healthier alternative to traditional energy drinks.
Overall, they’re a convenient, flavorful option for anyone looking for clean, natural energy without the extra sugar or artificial ingredients.
M&E reviews –
The Apple Crisp is by far my favorite flavor with an essence of almost an apple jolly rancher candy. It has a great balance of flavor and carbonation and I appreciate the sustained energy. Bloom has been my favorite energy drink recently because of the flavors and decent price. It was also well packaged without damage to the cans.

I LIVE BY THESE. never used to be an energy drink person. ever. I’m an anxious person and could never handle it. Once Bloom released these, I walked into a CVS and the packaging was so cute (guilty) so i bought one. I DIED FROM PURE JOY. Not only is the flavor profile just perfect, but it didn’t give me jitters or chest pain or dizziness like all other energy drinks do. I had never had a full energy drink prior to these. i used to love coffee so much – it was my excitement to wake up to in the morning… NOW IT’S BLOOM ENERGY! i literally never drink coffee anymore! tThese are so fun and exciting and so tasty. They keep me excited, energized and productive with no anxiety or energy crash. I cannot recommend these enough – apple crisp is my favorite, but they’re all so good. I’ve spent hundreds on these things over the last year and nothing’s gonna change that. (maybe a future Bloom partner? maybe?) <3

I recently tried the Bloom Nutrition Sparkling Energy Drink 12-pack, and overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a sugar-free, natural energy boost. Each 12 oz can packs 180mg of caffeine from green coffee beans and green tea extract—plenty to wake you up without feeling jittery or crashing later. It’s also loaded with prebiotics, antioxidants, B-vitamins, and L-theanine for added wellness benefits, though the label doesn’t clearly state how much of each ingredient is included.
Taste-wise, it’s a mixed bag. The carbonation gives it a refreshing soda-like feel, which I love. The Cherry Lime flavor is by far the best—crisp and slightly tart, with the artificial sweetener (sucralose) being barely noticeable. Other flavors like Peach Mango and Strawberry Watermelon are okay, but the sweetener aftertaste is more obvious and lingers a bit, which might not be for everyone.
One thing to note is that although it’s marketed as a “clean” drink, the use of sucralose instead of a more natural sweetener like stevia or monk fruit may be a drawback for some health-conscious buyers. That said, it’s still a far better option than sugar-loaded energy drinks and definitely fits into a low-calorie, low-carb lifestyle.
The energy boost feels smooth and consistent—I didn’t feel wired, just alert and productive. It’s great before a workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

I love all the flavors of bloom but if I had to rank them Apple Crisp and Glacier are top contenders! But this you won’t regret it!! I love these drinks so much that I have them on Subscribe and Save the don’t upset my stomach, the taste good way better than the Alani’s or Starbucks iced energy I used to drink and without the jitters and panic attacks. This has no affect on my anxiety and I love that it actually boosts my mood in a good way and I can focus sharper and think clearer. Been drinking these now about 2 months.
Julia Prebonick –
These are delicious. I drink one everyday and its all I need from my workout to getting me through my actual work day. All the flavors in the variety pack are good as well. Natural and no crazy crash at the end of the day either. I like that I can still fall asleep at night and I am not buzzing when I drink it.
Victoria –
Good product – delicious and really gives energy throughout the day, good source of vitamins too. Very well priced. Recommended!
kawaiisali –
These energy drinks are so good. Much healthier tasting than alani or celsius and I like all the benefit it has like prebiotics, apple cider vinegar, etc. I will definitly be purchasing more. They’re delicious!
Ebro27 –
the absolute best energy drink, hands down. So glad that they brought this flavor back & I plan to stock up in case that changes. The flavor is amazing, it tastes just like a fresh, crisp apple & love that this brand does not make me jittery or give any type of sugar crash after drinking. Not to mention I can definitely notice positive changes from the apple cider vinegar and prebiotics. I love all the Bloom products, but this is #1.

Love love LOVE Blooms energy drinks. The glacier is by far my favorite along with mango peach and orange. Been drinking these for a good couple of months now and it suppresses my hunger in the mornings, DEFINITELY boosts my mood, and no jitters and super delicious. Not too sweet either as well as its refreshing. I actually look forward to my mornings because of these. The best!

Let’s compare to Alani! I was a HUGE Alani consumer, wanted something healthier, tried more energy drinks than I can count until I ended up HERE with Bloom! I am very happy about these 🙂
These have 180mg of green tea caffeine, Alani has 200mg. After switching from Alani to less mg caffeine energy drinks; I cannot handle an Alani anymore! They give me anxiety, and make me feel really bad.
Flavor wise!! Delicious. But let’s compare to an Alani.
Bloom peach mango, in comparison to a juicy peach Alani is a much milder sweetness and doesn’t come across too overwhelming while still being just as delicious, and in my opinion they taste even better!
Bloom cherry lime, in comparison to Alani cherry twist is a HUGE difference. Alani’s leaves a weird chemical after taste that I cannot get past and makes me refuse to drink them. I am a loverrrr of cherry lime drinks, and this one does have a slight medicinal taste, but it’s more like a sweet tart in comparison. It’s still a win to me!
Bloom strawberry watermelon is comparable to Alani watermelon wave!! But not as tart/sour. I am going to be honest in saying this flavor on both brands is probably my favorite! They both remind me of a jolly rancher. Again, I am much happier enjoying the bloom version.
Bloom raspberry lemon is not actually comparable to any Alani in my opinion, I would reach to say Alani pink slush, ONLY because they both have a different sweetness that comes with a “pink” brand drink. I used to love pink slush until the flavor became nothing but carbonation to me.. I can’t be sure but feel the ingredients were changed somewhere along the way, as Alani tends to do. But I really enjoy the flavor of raspberry lemon Bloom, and you can definitely taste BOTH flavors.
Alani is zero sugar, B12, B6 and biotin, 200mg caffeine and artificial sweeteners. After drinking them for maybe three years, I got burnt out.
Bloom has zero sugar, 180mg caffeine, B6, B12, apple cider vinegar, prebiotic fiber, no artificial flavors or color or aspartame.
You can decide for yourself, but this is a side by side comparison:)
