Be careful with the freshness, I have received a few in the past that seemed to be on the shelf too long, I sent them back but other than that they are the perfect size to break up into small pieces and my dogs love the taste and the quality is pretty good. They aren’t soft but easy to break up. Make sure they are fresh when you get them. Easy on digestion

I really like these treats for our two 9 month old mastiff mix pups and our almost 9 year old pittie mix. We consume a lot of treats, so I usually break them in half.
They are the first treats beyond the Blue baby treats we were using for the puppies. But I like the ingredients for all three. They love them and they are a good price.

I bought these biscuits for my dogs, and they absolutely love them. They are full of so many great ingredients. I’ve been guilty of buying the cheap biscuits off the grocery store shelf, but the Blue Buffalo Health Bars are hands-down the best my dogs have had. I know this because of how excited they get when they see me grab this particular package out of the pantry! And my dogs tell the truth! The texture is so much better than cheap biscuits, too. These are easy to break up, and approximately the size of a saltine cracker, but thicker. They are perfect for my dogs!!

My friend’s neighbor offered one when we saw him on the street…. we haven’t’ looked back! I find all dog products expensive, these also, but then the ingredient list is quite acceptable. I know what everything is and approve. I break them down into smaller pieces for training some days.
Other brands, not so much. My dog gets slimy eyes from anything with chicken and it is the cheapest choice for protein in dog foods these days I think.

My dogs are obsessed with it, and I am obsessed with the quality ingredients and price! It is so hard to find something clean and affordable, especially for value size. You get quality and quantity with these.
I have a 6-year-old Aussie and a 4-year-old terrier mix. My dogs were getting bored with their old treats, so I decided to mix it up a bit. I have had this for about a week now and can confidently say my dogs are in love! They are in a square shape and 1 treat is larger than I expected. It is about the size of my palm. I ended up breaking it into fourths. My dogs get a treat every time they come inside, so I do not want to give them too much. I was easily able to break them apart with my hands.
They are crunchy and not super hard, but if your dog has dental issues, you may want something a little softer. Also, depending on your dog’s size, they may not be able to handle an entire treat. I do wish they were a little smaller. It does crumble a little and leave crumbs on the floor, but they lick it right up. They really do seem to be enjoying these over the softer treats they were getting before. They do not have a strong odor, but they do smell good! I would eat it if it was not a dog treat.
My Aussie has a sensitive stomach, and he has not had any digestive issues, like diarrhea. I really appreciate them being free from artificial preservatives, colors, and by-products. It feels like Blue Buffalo really cares about my dogs’ health.
The only thing I do not like is the packaging. Although I break these up into smaller chunks and put them into a treat container, there are still some leftovers that must stay in the box. They come inside a non-resealable bag inside a big box. The box can be closed again, but not very well. It has only been a week, so I have not noticed them drying out or becoming stale yet, but if they do, I will update my review.

These are a hard, crunchy, treat and may not be suitable for teething puppies or dogs with weak dental issues. Blue Buffalo does have soft treat options that you should check out! (Like Nudges & Bits)

My dogs love these. They are crunchy, but edible for them. They can eat them fairly quickly. They are a decent/medium size and aren’t too small. They make a great reward or treat for when I put them in their crates for the night. The ingredients are straight forward and better than the majority of other dog treats in the market. My dogs have never been sick from this brand of treat regardless of where I purchase them or what flavor I purchase. They aren’t super thin and are what one might imagine as a thickness of a dog biscuit. They are a bit large for training, but could be broken into smaller pieces for that particular use. No matter what the flavor my dogs tend to love these. I will continue to purchase them as they are a great quality, quantity, and price.
Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great and reliable treat for their pups or dogs. They come in a variety of flavors and the bags have a lot of treats in them. They are also sold at a reasonable price and arrive quickly.

LOVE these dog treats, human and dog approved. these are a staple around our house–we’ve tried the Bacon/Eggs and the Apple/Yogurt flavors. perfect size for our medium size pup but they’d be good for all sizes. really great to put snuggly into the West Paw Tux toy as a little treat puzzle. you get a lot of product for the price too, great value. I feel good about the healthy ingredients too.

These treats are so good. They are big so I break them up into 3-4 pieces and the bag lasts a long time. Plus, she loves them and they’re healthy. You may want to try them yourself once you smell the apple.
