This over the sink colander is very helpful….not only can you use it as a colander for food but you can also use it as a small dish drainer over your sink or beside your sink. I love that you can extend it to fit the size of your sink. The storage capacity is just right…not too big or too small and it’s lightweight. It’s grip is just right, too, and appears to be a great quality so far. And I love the color! We use ours daily…just right for that coffee mug after you rinse it out!

This strainer is so much more convenient than the traditional ones. It adjusts wide enough to fit every sink (I’ve used it in 3) and has great drainage. I also like the material a lot; it cleans super easily and doesn’t damage/rust. It also looks very sleek and modern! My only complaint is storage…it takes up a lot of room in my cabinet. I don’t know how it could be designed differently to make it store better, though, so this still gets 5 stars.

Best strainer I have ever used! I have gotten a TON of use out of this since purchasing. It easily holds an entire package of cooked pasta, could not be easier to use and adjust the size, is thick and sturdy, and will never rust. It feels like the quality of Tupperware from the past – I don’t get the impression that it will ever wear out at all. I also like to use it to rinse off produce/fruits and let them dry. Lastly, it is very easy to clean – I just give it a quick spray of power wash and then scrub it with my bottle brush which makes it SO easy to get anything caught in any of the holes. Takes maybe 20-30 seconds.

I would buy it again and again. Handy to use. I rinse my fruit and veggies and they can drain and air dry. For years I struggled with the old school, narrow bottom colander that was awkward for rinsing, the food didn’t drain. Also, this is ideal for use with pasta, it is a breeze to drain off the scalding water and plate the pasta.

Love it! I think this would work best in a large farmhouse sink rather than dual sink set up. It is fully adjustable so I can’t imagine it not fitting all sizes. It is dishwasher safe. It cleans and rinses well. I use it for a few dish drying items or as a collander. The plastic is sturdy enough to hold many items to dry.

I love this little sink accessory SO much. I don’t have a fancy farmhouse deep sunken sink with all of the food prep attachments to rest in the upper lip. This little guy makes me forget I ever wanted one!
I leave it out in my sink 90% of the time. it gets used to quickly wash produce, which we fly through in my home. It also gets used to dry some produce before it’s put away. I even use it to air dry some clean dishes that didn’t fully dry coming out of the dishwasher when I need to reload it.
When I need to clean it, I quickly pick it up and give it a wash right in my sink. When I need to clean my sink I also just pick it up and move it out of the way. It is such a breeze to use, I was worried I’d feel limited with it eating into 1/3 of my sink but in the end, i feel much more free with this very functional little item. So happy with my purchase!

I am always chopping fruits and veggies next to my sink and this comes in so handy. It takes up little space in my sink so i can use the water without have to remove a standard round strainer. I cut what i need up and slide it right into the strainer and rinse with water. I usually let them stay in the strainer for a bit while the water drips out the bottom into the sink. this is a slender strainer that is made out of a heavier plastic material so it holds quite a bit of weight. I also use it to drip dry some glassware. This is very versatile. I like how it slides in or out depending on the size of your sink. It does have small feet on the bottom if you did not want to place it on the top rim or counter of your sink. So it would still allow the water to flow out of it. It is 19″long x 8″ wide at the largest setting and 14″long x 8″wide at the shortest. It is 3″ deep. I love how easy and convenient it is. Super easy to clean too

This colander is a cook’s dream! Not only does it stretch to fit my sink, it slides back to be space saving friendly. It is also made of quality sturdy plastic. I have three different round (bowl-type) colanders that sit directly on the sink bottom when in use – these are going in the trash. If I could rate this item a 10, I would. Well worth the price (ordering another one in case I can’t find it in the future!).
