The combination of heat, air compression and massage of this unit can relax and ease the aches and pains in the feet after a long day on them. My wife and I both like the benefits.
The only drawback has been that it is a little difficult to get in, and a bit more so, get out of the unit for me. My feet are size 12 EEEE, and once in, fit the unit well and it is able to do all the functions on them, but I think it is my very high instep that makes getting my feet in and out difficult. Getting out is hardest, and I have to slant my foot (as if pointing my toes at something across the room) and wrestle it off one foot, then I do the same toe pointing with the other foot and use my foot against the rear of the unit (sort of how one may kick a tight shoe or boot off one’s foot) to get free, Because of the stress this puts on the opening and on the liner, I have decided to no longer use it so that it stays in good shape for my wife to keep using.
This unit should be great for the majority of users, but those with a high instep may have some issues.

I sent back 3 massages bc they did not meet my expectations or my needs. This one hit the mark. Good air pressure, adjustable and can be very string. Great massage rollers, also adjustable. I use this several times a day, any time I am sitting for anything.. I believe it is already making improvement in my feet. I had begun to feel some numbness in spots on my feet .This is the best massager I found in this price range.

The second day that I used the foot massager, I left it on the floor and my young dog chewed the cord in several places. I contacted the Bob and Brad customer service team and was told that they would send me another cord by postal service. The cord arrived within a week, and I received several emails inquiring whether I had received it, and was it satisfactory. Bob and Brad’s customer service is amazing. I was heartsick that my dog had damaged a brand new product, but the response I received from this business is beyond compare. Thank you Bob and Brad Customer Service! I have previously bought several Bob and Brad products, and their quality and ease of use has been uniformly excellent.
