I take the braggs apple cider vinegar with good results. It helped in lower my blood pressure aswell as providing other benefits so I decided to try the capsules. I stopped using the vinegar. I am on my second bottle of the 90 day supply capsules and they don’t seem to work as good as taking the actual vinegar. I plan on finishing the second bottle but I will be returning to the vinegar.

I’ve always heard about the hype of apple cider vinegar products. So I decided to buy this brand because I was familiar with the name. I went in expecting absolutely nothing. BTW I was taking this for stomach issues and never feeling good. Suprise! This has been a life saver for me. I am a month in and have been feeling great. To the best of my knowledge, there is no better than Bragg, and my schedule makes the results seem like magic. I’m 82, take it as directed sometimes, don’t take it at all sometimes, eat whatever, whenever, and steadily lose a few pounds, not always, but never gain back what I’ve lost. If you have a life, want to look better, feel better, and lose some pounds give it a shot. No doctor, no hardcore dieting, if diet at all, inexpensive, etc., etc. I don’t know about losing a lot of pounds in a short time, never tried it. But no doubt with a stricter lifestyle you’d have results sooner and stronger.

That said, the effects are pretty mild. I didn’t notice any major changes in energy, digestion, or overall health. They’re fine if you just want a simple ACV supplement without the burn, but they’re not a game-changer.
