I’ve taken NAD supplements for several years so I know the benefits of taking them. I’m a big fan of Bulk Supplements as they’re good quality at a good price. This is no different, however there are only 3 capsules in this bottle, so it’s not really buying in bulk in this instance. You are however getting 500mg of NAD in one capsule, which is the serving size. Overall I’m pleased with this order!

I found that NAD may only be 3 to 5% absorbed. I just tossed my bottle, Fortunately BulkSuppliments offer liposomal NAD and NR (NAD precursors). Both alternative products are better absorbed according to NIH studies.

I’m used to bottles with 240 capsules from bulk supplements so I was a little surprised that this one only contains 30. Moreover, 500mg is also not a large serving compared to competitors that offer larger servings with more capsules at a lower price. I just started taking the supplement and I haven’t felt any positive effects yet but also no negative ones. I’m hoping that it will improve my energy levels. The capsules are easy to swallow as they’re on the small side but the bottle is much too large for how little capsules it contains (big waste of plastic). The description states that the supplement is manufactured in a cGMP compliant facility.
