Ok so I was excited to try this ” Chicken Salad kit with crackers” when I saw the 10 grams of protein on the label. It arrived by the date I was given which is good because I was a bit skeptic when I saw the price. When it arrived, I checked the expiry date and it was good goes all the way up to 2026. I like the fact that it comes with the little spoon inside and the convenient tin along with crackers enclosed in a neat little box.
Now on to the taste, ahhh!! I don’t know, I don’t like the taste of it and it gives me a nauseous feeling when I smell it. If you are a fan of onion and chestnuts, then it is for you but for me it’s like fighting to eat something that your stomach is rejecting.
Overall, that was my opinion , not my taste though but really good packaging and thought put into a tin and then a box. Very nice option for persons looking to grab that 10 grams of protein and move on with their day. Good choice for persons who love a lot of vegetables overpowering the taste of meat as well.
Its good for the price and good quality tin product, again if you like all types of vegetable, try it.

This stuff tastes pretty good but I have to wonder if a name change is in order. It really should be called “Pickle Salad”. This thing is loaded with pickles! Too many! You will not taste much chicken. It’s edible, it’s convenient, but it’s loaded with pickles.

This is a very healthy snack or light meal. All you must do is open it. It is a small salad and light crackers, enough to take the edge off of hunger. Other flavors are good too. So are other meats.

These are a ‘must have’ in your pantry gor a quick snack or as emergency food. Excellent taste w hot sauce added, nice energy boost even w the little spatulas, its hard to get it all out of the can. I do but this so I always have it onhand. The packaging makes it east to throw in your bag/knapsack so you always have something on hand when you’re stuck w /o time or place to get something to eat. Its pricy so try to get on sale. Would be 5 stars if it had hot sauce. Buy the 12 pack.

The can has an easy pull tab so is very easy to open. Definitely something to put in the kid’s lunchbox with a sandwich. Both the chicken and tuna versions taste good. A great snack that won’t spoil the appetite when ready for a meal.

This little can is enough to make a generous sandwich if you use it at home like I did to test it; I imagine you would get very heavy servings using the crackers included. The Chipotle flavor was mild and the salad was fairly creamy, with a little crisp of celery/pickles? In my opinion, the salad was a little sweet, but for the price, I can hardly complain and was more impressed with the quality than I expected to be. For someone who eats at their desk, this seems to be a quick, easy, high protein option, and I will definitely be trying other flavors.

It’s really cheap but smells distinctly of canned dog food. Having raised a dog, it’s really hard for me to stomach the smell. The taste is okay considering how cheap I got mine, but if you dislike vinegary food then these aren’t for you. I purchased this one: $5.29 / Chicken salad / 3.6 Ounce pack of 3. But I was sent 12 packs (4 x 3 packs). So that’s 12 individual boxes, if you get the same as me, I don’t know if they just made a mistake, it’s severely cheap like 44 cents a box. Despite that, I wouldn’t purchase it again for myself due to the smell and weird taste. It’s fine to test it out once and see if you can stomach it, I think. You can carry it around or just leave it in your room. Very portable and handy so I like that.

These have become my go-to snack or small lunch. They’re perfect for grab and go since they pack easily, don’t need to be refrigerated and include a tiny spoon. I’m able to get a bit of protein without much fuss and they’re actually delicious. The Chipotle and Buffalo are my favorites.
