I have a graston tool like the narrow, curved one, but I wanted the more square shaped one and the set was priced really good, so now I have an extra small one I can keep at home! I’m an LMT/bodyworker and I do graston on clients. I have a few of these in different sizes. I found I was missing the perfect shape/size for upper shoulders and back (while being able to move around the base of the neck). This one is great for that – and for pretty much any other area. I like it for bicep tendon and then down the front of the arm, etc. I was hoping it would fit my hand better, too, but it’s still a little big for me. I do wish they would make specific sizes for gripping, but overall I love this set. Nice touch with the case!

These have been so helpful getting knots out in all parts of the body. I use them often for foot pain and knots in my arch. I like that the edges are smooth and not sharp, so it doesn’t hurt when using it. The storage bag is really good quality too.

Just received the scrapper tool. I was pleasantly happy with the nice cover that holds with the tools together, it has a nice cushion and is well made. Now the imp part, the two tools that came along with it are very good quality. The steel feels high quality, the smooth rounded contours of the tool will definately do a good job in massaging the deep tissues, muscles. I definately recommend buying this.

I have been receiving monthly gua sha from my acupuncturist for several years. I was having an issue in between treatments, went in, and she suggested I could do it to myself at home. I first bought a stone one from the acupuncturist, but it broke after a short while. But these metal tools should last a lifetime and work great!
I didn’t know which to get so I’m glad I purchased this kit with two different shapes. I thought I’d like the handle one but, as it turns out, I almost always use the S shaped tool.
I will do gua sha a couple times a week if I’m having a worse than usual issue. I try to get to it once a week not matter what, though I’m not always able to. I use this on my neck, forearm, and gently on my hands.

This is a great, inexpensive set of stainless steel massage blades. I’ve used it a couple weeks and it shows no issues. I discarded the bag because it was a bit irritating but the blades themselves are great
I prefer one over the other, as it has a good handle. I like keeping it in my backpack and it can be used even while walking or sitting around multi-tasking!

I bought this because I needed to try everything to help my overcome my plantar fasciitis. The rollers, balls and foot massagers are good, but after trying the muscle scrapers, I believe I’m making progress in diminishing the pain in my heel. Perfect to break apart adhesions and massaging not only the arch and heels, but also the other parts of my foot like ankle and calves. I’ve moved onto thighs and arms with both of these styles. I firmly believe they are making a difference. A great find and buy!
