Love the energy and the flavor! C4 has always been my go to for pre workout and these are my most recent one. I have auto deliveries every 2 weeks but I check for sales often, that way I get the best value for the money and I always get to try different flavors. Highly recommended for early morning workouts for quick energy!

Extra energy is good, I did not like the lack of texture in the can. The mat finish makes it a little more slippery than other C4’s. Good flavor, similar to frost poweraid.
