This worked for my puppy boxer, only thing was it’s collects and stays dirty, unless you have a replacement to wash it during post surgeries.

I didn’t buy this directly from Amazon, I purchased it from Petsmart but I did want to leave a review specific about the calming disk. While this was a great cone for my dog (flexible and allowed her to lay comfortably) the calming disk has me concerned. It straight up smells like Lavender essential oil and its very strong. I couldn’t imagine putting this near my dogs face and having them smell it all day. I left it in a room over night and by the next morning my room smelt like lavender. Please don’t make your pets suffer through this, especially cats it is NOT safe for them.

Excellent alternative to the hard plastic cone! She seems much more comfortable in it; especially while sleeping. Also-it was so much easier on my walls and furniture; great product!

I’ve had others that were cloth inside for “comfort” but between the drool and licking it started to stink and hold hair. This one is the same material on both inside and out and is exactly what we were needing.

I have a GSP he is about 85lbs, and I get the XL size for him. This cone is very durable, and long lasting. It even fits through the dog door! My pup doesn’t seem to mind wearing it, so it’s comfortable enough to wear all day, and keeps him from licking his leg. The fabric is also easily washed and quick to dry.

My bulldog has destroyed the plastic e-collar in a day, and the inflatable donut in an hour, but he seems to like this cone. He likes the soft interior, and sleeps better with it. I don’t know but maybe it’s like blackout curtains for dogs. I like that’s it is more flexible so I can bend it down to eat and that it doesn’t take out my knee when he bumps into me. The sizing seems a little off but there are a few velcro strips to adjust the fit better. My dog’s neck measures 22 inches so I wasn’t sure the XL would fit but it’s fine.

Calm paws CALMING CARING COLLAR is a terrible design and poor quality. Their customer service is even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this product out any other calm paws product. Save yourself the money and troubles and select something else.

Our crazy Cujo-like dog hates it. We were unsuccessful cutting his nails which is what we bought it for. But the cone worked fine. He’s just insane. Velcro is very effective. This did make it a bit tough to get off a very PO’d dog, but it’s manageable
