The wooden spoon has a nice, deep bowl for getting sauces, stirring, or folding. You could almost use it for scooping ice cream! These tools are perfect for the cook who hates plastic, nylon, and silicone. The packaging is sturdy, and the warranty registration (Yes, warranty) is on the inside flap in an envelope so you can get right on it. They are a pricey set, but you get what you pay for, high quality and peace of mind.
