100% recommend it! Affordability meets quality 😉 The tuning fork arrived vibrating at 129Hz, which is super close to the advertised frequency of 128Hz. The weights were very easy to adjust to 128Hz with the provided Allen key.
The tuning fork vibrates strongly for about 13-16 seconds. i recommend using a rubber or silicone activator or to gently tap the end of one of the prongs (weights) with the palm of your hand to activate it, silicone mallet provided is a bit hard to use but it works (palm of hand works better lol). The provided carrying bag isn’t the best quality but it’s adequate to carry everything inside and protect against dust. If you want to protect the tuning fork against falls, you’ll need to put it inside a box or a soft case.

Very sturdy and light weight enough to hold but provide a nice vibration.
The size is long enough to provide a useful hum. I will have to use it for a while before I can report on its functionality. Just striking it for a few minutes provides a soothing tone for the ears.
The mallet is nice but the strike is not as soothing as when you use the palm of the hand. Some may find a palm strike painful after a while so you may want to use the mallet instead. Don’t hurt yourself. Use common sense when extracting a tone.

So far no complaints, but I wouldn’t know, so I can only speak to its appropriate arrival time and protective packaging, ha. My young nieces love making it vibrate and holding it up to their ears. It relaxes them, they say. I’ll check back in if there’s a tuning accuracy issue after I familiarize myself with it, or if something starts falling apart.. Nice and heavy, though, seems legit.

I actually only purchased this for the allen key tightening tool because I can’t find mine but the tuning fork is cool too but now I have 2 of the 128hz, I probably shouldve ordered a different one. Sound therapy is awesome & you should try it.

I trust that its tuned to 128Hz because I cannot measure it. I got caught up in a burst of testimony that 128Hz will erase or at least mitigate half a century of tinnitus. I found this one at 8 bucks and ordered it. The risk was acceptable. It didn’t, not even a little bit. So, why did I go with 5 stars? The risk was mine. The seller kept his end of the bargain. Will it affect your tinnitus? Who knows. Cost you 8 bucks to find out though.
