For the first time ever, my 12 year old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix had a minor UTI. He had been peeing every 30 mins, begging to go outside. I have a lot of experience with dog UTI’s so I knew it was minor. By day 2 of putting this on his dinner, he stopped asking to go out so much. He’s now been on it for about 5 days and is completely fine and back to his normal self!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is, I’d like to see how he reacts when I stop the drops.

Update June 10, 2025: I bought 2 more bottles and they were the light pink color that I am assuming is a new formula. Half way through the first bottle and I was up all night with a dog that was peeing everywhere. This is definitely not working like it used to work. Very disappointing since it helped my girl so much before. Now looking for a different supplement for bladder health and UTI support.
I’ve been buying this product for a long time, but the bottle I just received looks nothing like the many previous bottles. The product has been working so well for my dog that I noticed if I run out and she doesn’t have any for a couple of days. It’s usually a deep red similar to pomegranate juice color and thickness. The most recent bottle is much thinner and a slightly pink water color. So disappointed since the product was so good.

The last bottle I purchased was in July 2025. In the dropper, it looked dark red which I assumed was attributed to the cranberries. When I gave it to my dog, it worked exactly as advertised.
I ordered a new bottle a few days ago, and it looks tan /beige in the dropper. I was a bit nervous giving this to my dog because he temporarily needs medicine and this supplement for healthy urine output.
I was greatful and relieved to find out that even though the color (possibly the formula) have changed, the product works 1) as fast as it is advertised to and 2) works with the same throughness that the last bottle did.
My dog is temporarily taking this natural supplement. After I began giving this to him, I noticed 1) less straining to pee, 2) consequently more productive pees and 3) the color of his urine is spot on without any blood or traces of blood 4) he is overall happier and more relaxed than before the supplement.
I am super happy with this product and how it has improved my dogs quality of life.

I use this for our 17 year, 11 month old Calico diva when she hasn’t been drinking enough water & needs some help to make pee pee. She & her brother who is 16 months younger (both have CKD) & neither mind the taste. Callie fights me only because I force it upon her to help her wee, but she’s a good girl & she knows it helps her. When she needs this medicine, she will show me she’s having trouble & then she’ll come sit in front of me & target my sight to the side pocket on my chair where I keep it for her for easy access. This is the second bottle I’ve ordered & the only reason I had to order a second bottle is because I mistakenly chipped the tip of the dropper for the other bottle & I am not using a chipped tip dropper for our babies.

I used this on one of my cats after a trip to the ER for a UTI and it seemed good but he had another episode of straining to pee and another trip to the vet revealed that he needs prescription food. Cant say that the supplement is bad tho because it may be what other cats need. Mine just happened to need something else. I would say give it a try! You

This medicine is a miracle, I use it for my cat, I put it in her soft food, it works I swear immediately. I can tell when she is having problems, her urine smells strong and she crys when she goes. I’ll use it for about 2 weeks in a row, then she’s fine, if it acts up you can use again. Saves on vet bills. Im going to start her on the cat food again too
