I have used this tea for many years and I use 2 bags at a time and I add another tea bag that is a mint tea. It really enhances the flavor. I also do use the bags more than one heating/steeping at a time.
But this last order, I ordered 6 boxes of the large boxes because they fit better where I store them. Instead, I received 2 boxes of the smaller containers taped together. I didn’t like that. When I ordered something, I expected to get what I ordered. If I wanted the little boxes, I would have ordered the smaller boxes!

a really interesting, calming flavour. unlike chamomile or lavender, an almost minty-sweet without having the cooling properties of mint. probably the valerian? either way it’s delicious and unexpected, and i’ve come to love it from the first sip.
when it comes to sleepiness, i haven’t noticed anything more than what i would get from any warm drink at night. though i will say it’s nice for my anxiety. even just the routine

Der Tee selbst war mir bereits zuvor bekannt und ich mag ihn sehr gerne und finde, dass er wirklich zur abendlichen Entspannung beitragen kann. Allerdings wird man bei diesem speziellen Angebot leider ordentlich über den Tisch gezogen. Laut Angaben werden 6 Packungen geliefert – im Endeffekt war es dann nur eine Packung. Und eine Packung um mehr als 6 Euro ist dann noch eine Frechheit. Also Achtung: Tee top, Angebot flop!

Good product but I would never buy direct from celestial Seasonings again customer service sucked I ordered wrong product and they said send it back and we will send replacement what a joke ! I have been using another nighttime sleep tea to help calm my brain and help me go to sleep more easily. But the reviews for this tea convinced me to get it. So far I’ve used it pretty much every night for the last 5-6 nights. Not only does it work like a charm, but I sleep more solidly.
The taste is actually very pleasant. I add a little honey and a touch of my soy vanilla creamer. I let it steep for 5-6 minutes, then drink.
Very happy with this! Would rather drink something herbal than take melatonin!

This is the best “sleepy” tea I’ve ever tried. The valerian root does most of the heavy lifting but the rest of this blend goes to work as well because this tea is a lot more effective than just pure valerian root tea. I highly recommend this as a sleep aid. Tastes great to me also but I can see how some people might not like the taste, it’s pretty strong.

Love love love this tea! I have pretty bad insomnia, so finding something that’s soothing, without drugs is great. I usually add some fruit flavored sugar free syrup as I’m not crazy about unsweetened tea. It can be used hot or cold. Valerian root is really helpful for relaxation, but usually smells pretty bad. I’m glad that this does not!! I like the larger sized box, I like to stock up when I can. I definitely recommend this tea very highly.
