Love the variety of flavors. Due to my anxiety I need energy drinks without sugar and C4 has a great flavor range that doesn’t trigger my nervous system. These C4 energy drinks are wonderful, based on my own experience, with anxiety and cPTSD.
Please note: when I received this item one of the cans had popped somewhere along the journey. Only some of that one can had leaked and it did not damage any of my other purchases (thankfully I didn’t buy a book).
I recommended NOT purchasing this item along with any stationary, books, or items that would be damaged/stained in case a can leaks.
I can imagine this likely happened due to the shipping process itself, which requires jostling, AND the fact I ordered during a season change (warm during the day and colder at night). The delivery drivers in my area are wonderful, I would hazard a guess this has to do with the overall processes in place & NOT the hard working Amazon delivery drivers, nor time constrained Amazon plant workers on the floor.

Tastes great, gets me going! I will say about half of the time, these drinks come in a box thats already been opened or ripped. Not a deal breaker because everything is as it should. Okay so I bought this on a whim because I’m impulsive and easily influenced by shiny packaging. Zero calories? Cute. Promises of energy without the emotional consequences? Intriguing. I cracked open a can expecting the usual “tastes like regret and battery acid” vibe, but NO. It was delicious. Like, suspiciously good. Like “is this FDA-approved or just witchcraft?” good.
I’ve had four cans. FOUR. And I’m not twitching, crying, or questioning my life choices. No jitters, no crash, just me vibing and reorganizing my closet at 2am like a productive raccoon. I feel like I could run a marathon, start a business, and finally reply to that email from 3 months ago.

I was taking this for several weeks now to try to improve my focus for studying, and it was doing the total opposite. Whenever i drink this I can’t focus or even grasp the most basic concept. It also screwed up my memory and gave me lots of severe headaches and sleep problems.

This was a pretty good variety pack, not my favorite C4s, but I’d drink them again mostly.
I like the fact that these were green tea derived and I found the taste of them to be refreshing and hydrating with no terrible aftertastes to be found thankfully, They have some decent healthy benefits with vitamins and such added.
Now a rundown of the flavors , and why I DIDN’T LOVE this one.
This variety pack comes with the flavors Cherry Berry Lime, Blue Raspberry, Black Cherry, and Watermelon Burst.
Cherry Berry Lime : This one was surprisingly good to me the combination sounded a little iffy to me , but it worked. You can definitely pick out all three elements cherry, berry ( black berry ?) and lime. The flavor wasn’t too strong.
Blue Raspberry: Usually my go to flavor , and the one I was most looking forward to, surprisingly however this was my second favorite flavor of the pack. It wasn’t bad at all don’t get me wrong It was good , just not the top dog , expect a lighter refreshing blue raspberry flavor with notes of green tea that aren’t too overpowering and mix well.
Black Cherry: The surprise winner of the four varieties, this one had a really good bold and crisp black cherry taste ! I actually made sure to save one for last , and was a little disappointed when it was gone. I didn’t think this one tasted much at all like green tea .
Watermelon Burst: In my opinion this one was just plain disgusting and really one of the only flavors of C4 energy drinks that I can honestly say I hate and never want to consume again…
It tasted like dirty watermelon water , very earthy and a bit bitter to me. The green tea may have overpowered this one or possibly the flavors just didn’t complement one another very well.
So there you have it three pretty decent drinks with a no crash energy boost , and one dud that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
This pack would benefit from dropping Watermelon Burst in my opinion , but hey everyone has different tastes so maybe this one would be winner to you .
Also if you LOVE GREEN TEA then you might not have any issues with any of the four flavors .
