Others I’ve tried severely dehydrated me and make me have to pee a lot whereas these C4 Smart Energy do not have the same effect. The caffeine in these are derived from green coffee beans rather than asynthetic caffeine source so it gives a pleasant pick-me-up without jitters and no crash later. These are the only energy drinks I consume now. I just feel better than when drinking other brands.

Noticeable improvement in energy level and focus on the C4 Smart Energy version. Bought this for working on a critical project, had it in the morning after breakfast. I was able to avoid mental and physical fatigue and keep working for 10+ hours straight, with full on energy, focus and motivation, without needing any breaks/coffee/tea in between. Remember you can have only one per day and I believe its not recommended to use this continuously for more than 8 weeks. I intend to use this only when I have something critical to get done. I find these drinks with the Citicoline-Caffeine combination help me focus. I have ADHD, and my meds motivate me to do something, but don’t typically help me stay on task. C4 Smart Energy really helps me stay on-task and think more clearly about task at-hand. Tastes great, gets me going! I will say about half of the time, these drinks come in a box thats already been opened or ripped. Not a deal breaker because everything is as it should. Never had a broken can or a mess to deal with. 200mg of caffeine is just what I need in the middle of a 10 hour shift.
