Please do not discontinue Clairol professional soy 4 plex permanent liquid color! I have been depending on this brand and line for 30 years . I and do many others will be lost without it . It’s customizable and needed because of its excellent consistent dependable results of beautiful color. Please keep this line going! Nothing out there is as good as this line and product . It covers gray well and has beautiful results .
Big Picture –
Been using this product mixed with a red blond for 47 years. Went white at 19. I have very thick long hair and two mixed bottles covers my roots for two applications. I apply to my roots then ten min. before done I brush it down through my hair so it gets lighter as you go to the ends. It looks so natural a bunch of gossipy coworkers were pointing out another employee had roots showing. One guy yelped out that the year before he saw my roots. I smiled and said. You just figured out that a year ago? I went white 30 years ago! I was only 19! I find I can use just a little on my part at three weeks and I part my hair from the side at front and to the center back. This makes it so when facing people they are not looking straight down your part. The blond is light enough As the little amount of red fades out that with this trick people don’t see the white hair. I also dye my hair, put it under a shower cap and do housework or whatever till the timer goes off. In this way it takes little time. Just don’t get sweaty or roots will not take the dye.

Extremely close to my natural color. Just need a pick me up since as I’m getting older my hair is getting a bit darker. Do need to be careful of shampoo and conditioner or it fades quickly.
